Startup Weekends are 3-day, 54-hour events for 50 to 100 beginning entrepreneurs similar to hackathons. TechStars Startup Weekends occur in hundreds of cities around the world every weekend. Within those 54 hours, attendees go from idea to customer discovery, to minimum viable product, to a 5-minute pitch for a panel of judges and potential investors.
