To be honest, I prefer a nice set of well rounded requirements up front with the option to refactor those requirements as they change over time. I would prefer to spend more time prototyping and making sure I know what's "fun" and "not fun" before committing any serious resources to a project. I'm probably that very last option most of the time.

The day kicked off with custom coffees from Creature Coffee, followed by a catered lunch, and wrapped up with an evening Halloween party featuring a costume contest, candy scavenger hunt, movie screenings, and trivia. In the past I’ve just held tight and just assumed that the company was passing. The opportunity isn’t dead if you don’t hear a no, right? I realized it’s much better to reach out to your recruiter to just ask them. Recruiters are busier than ever and they aren’t purposefully ignoring you. It’s much less stressful to know that they’ve passed than to have it just be an unknown floating around in your head. Then I can move on and get more applications out.
