Moss Adams and Baker Tilly are combining to create a single firm poised to reshape accounting and advisory services for the middle market. The landscape is shifting, both for our clients and for the accounting profession. By joining forces, we’ll be able to combine our shared strengths, innovate, and invest in our people so we’re ready to meet the escalating challenges of our clients. I appreciate the dedication and hard work of everyone at Moss Adams. I’m so proud of this firm and the value that we’ve built together. After almost 18 years at Nike, I have an immense amount of gratitude for the relationships I’ve had the opportunity to make across our industry, and all the teammates I have worked with...literally around the world. The opportunity to learn, develop and grow from innumerable Nike legends who literally built this place, through a passion for sport and the deepest focus on knowing the consumer. The lessons in product management, brand management, marketplace management and financial management has been absolutely invaluable. It would take too long to recount all the memories, but I am deeply grateful for them. The relationships built across every dimension of this company, and the experiences across cultures and continents, I will reflect upon over a lifetime. It has been an honor to lead this organization as CFO over the past six and a half years, through a significant amount of disruption, transformation, and leadership change. I have particular gratitude to Don Blair and Andy Campion, for the example set and what they taught me about leadership and resilience along the way. To my team, it is remarkable what we have accomplished together, I’m proud of what we have built and am confident in where you will take it from here. I came to Nike after a decade on Wall Street, because I wanted to work for a company that pushed the boundaries on innovation, creating unimaginable products, building deep consumer connections through sport, and inspiring consumer experiences at retail. I came to Nike because I deeply loved the Nike and Jordan brands. I grew up living and playing sports, my dad loved sports and it was a deep connection between us, I was a college athlete, and I loved how sport taught me about hard work, competition, teamwork, character building and life. I am still an athlete*, and I continue to be inspired every day by the mission of our company. Planning for a transition becomes real the day it finally becomes visible for everyone else. I have an immense amount of gratitude for my team, and the sacrifices that they made to enable me to lead as was required. I also deeply appreciate my family and friends, who were the real ones who sacrificed to make all of this possible. The celebration that awaited me when I got home last night was humbling. Welcome to Nike Dave Denton, wishing you, Elliott, and Nike's Senior Leadership team the best in the season ahead.

I've had the joy of working with excellent people to make this dream a reality. We've had some great wins -- none as ambitious as the last two weeks. With the Knicks Finals' run, the team launched multiple products with Kith, Footlocker, local NYC retailers, and SNKRS. As an entrepreneur at heart, I find energy from bringing ideas into life. We're pushing the limits of responding to consumers and sport moments faster than we've ever done. And seeing the consumers' reaction to the moment has been a dream: their ability to get a product they want to memorialize the moment. Much appreciation to the folks who have supported this journey. We're growing and there's even more to come.

On June 15, Chicago partners gathered to mark this milestone and recognize the impact our people, clients, and community have made together. Looking forward to the next chapter in this iconic building and city. #PwC #PwCTower #Chicago

Jennifer Price, Managing Principal for Oregon, moderated a thoughtful "Baker Tilly Real Talk" conversation with Katherine Lam, President & CEO of Bambuza Hospitality Group, and Adelaide Ness, Director of Client Experience Enablement at Baker Tilly. Their reflections on leadership, relationships and experience created a meaningful dialogue for everyone in the room. Thank you to Bambuza, Poppy & Finch, Elephants Delicatessen, and Ironlight for helping create such a memorable Portland event experience.

A couple years before that, I was recovering from a severe ankle injury and walking with a cane, wondering if I would ever be able to participate in an event like this. Today, I crossed the finish line for the second year in a row, and my gratitude has only grown. This year’s walk carried even more meaning. After losing my brother, movement has been a source of healing, reflection, and strength during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Every step was a reminder that while grief stays with us, we can still move forward. As I walked the course today, I thought about him often and hoped I was making him proud. I’m incredibly grateful to Nike for creating opportunities like JDI Day and for giving me the courage to say yes to experiences I never imagined myself doing. What started as a personal goal has become an annual reminder to never take movement for granted. Grateful to God for another year, another finish line, and another chance to keep moving forward. Movement is a gift. Make sport a daily habit. Just Did It, Again. #JDIDay2026 #JustDoIt #Gratitude #MovementIsMedicine #Nike

Tyler Flock liked thisTyler Flock liked thisI’m obsessed with the story of Phil Knight. How someone from the same town as me, who went to the same college, grew up in the same state, and built a company in the same city, could go on to create the world’s greatest brand. My entire life has been guided by Phil’s story, and I wake up inspired every day to grow something bigger than myself, believe in a higher mission, and create world-class products. Yesterday, we had Scott R., 30 year Nike historian in the office to share stories from the Blue Ribbon Sports days. When I read Shoe Dog and hear these stories, I can’t help but look around the room at our scrappy team, bursting at the seams in our office, yet believing so deeply in what we’re building, and think back to those early Blue Ribbon days. Although we may never become the global brand Nike has built, I find myself wondering every day: What can we become?

Every day, I’ve had the opportunity to learn more about the culture, the people, and what truly makes Nike special. One thing that has stood out immediately is Nike’s mission statement: “To bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.” And as Nike says, “If you have a body, you are an athlete.” That mindset has already impacted the way I think about teamwork, leadership, and serving others. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned during my first week is the importance of “Winning as a Team.” The support, energy, and collaboration throughout the store has shown me how powerful a strong team culture can be. Everyone has been willing to help, teach, and push each other to be better every single day. Fun fact: if you type “EKIN” into your phone keypad, it spells out Steve Prefontaine’s legendary “PRE” mile time a small detail that reflects the deep history and inspiration behind the brand. Huge shoutout to Kevin Fobi and D'Mya Clay, MBA for helping me throughout this process and supporting me along the way. Also, thank you to Scooter Berry, Turner, Craig, and TK for making my first week at the Company Store such a great experience. Excited for what’s ahead because at Nike, “There is no finish line.” And always remember: if you have a body, you’re an athlete!

The Q4 CPA Exam pass rates are out! And the numbers are also lower than the overall 2025 numbers for every section except audit. Not by a lot. But enough. You may be thinking: What if I’m one of the people who can’t pass this exam? Did the exam get harder? Here’s what that chart doesn’t show. Q4 is when more people sit than any other quarter. More first-time candidates. More rushed timelines. More people studying around exhaustion, holidays, and year-end deadlines. When the pool gets bigger, inconsistency shows up faster. Not because the exam got harder. Because preparation got messier. That’s the part most people miss. Lower pass rates aren’t a verdict. They’re a warning about margins. Vague study plans stop working. Inconsistent weeks catch up. Avoided weak areas finally matter. So here’s the only move that actually helps right now. This week, don’t study longer. Study sharper. Start your sessions with the topic you’ve been pushing off. Do one small timed set every study day, even if it feels uncomfortable. Touch one SIM with a process, not confidence, before you touch anything else. The CPA exam doesn’t reward intensity. It rewards clarity, and clarity is something you can choose today.
