One surface to review, adjust, and send. The old builder asked users to make every decision up front. This one removes the guesswork and gets out of the way. Once there's a reasonable first version on screen, the sales manager can focus on personalization, making the tour fit the actual client in front of them. When building a custom tour can be started with a single prompt, the question stops being "do we have time to personalize?" and becomes "how much better can we make this for the buyer?"
