Adam Rusciolelli and I have been operating in software field for last 20+ years, to be honest, pre-AI, this solution would be cost prohibitive. ASI operates autonomous heavy vehicle fleets where downtime costs millions per hour. Root-cause investigation was taking senior engineers up to three days per incident. ASI didn't ask us to optimize the process. They asked us to rebuild it. Three weeks after our on-site workshop, a multi-agent AI system was running in production. A past incident that took days to resolve was reproduced in 20 minutes. A non-specialist engineer closed a case in 30 minutes. An incident sitting in queue for seven days was resolved during a one-hour training session. As ASI's Development Manager put it: if you can get to 75% trust and 25% verify, you are already saving millions in engineering and investigation time. This is what production AI looks like. I'm also thankful for the challenges, because they've stretched me as a person in more ways than I can count. That said, I'm excited to refocus some of my time and take another leap of professional development this April. With a newly acquired Hogan Assessments certification, I'll be rolling out a more robust career coaching package backed by an evidence-based, values-driven approach. Trevor Schoeny liked thisTrevor Schoeny liked thisAfter 12 amazing years, my journey at Discover has officially come to a close. I am leaving with a heart full of gratitude and love. I joined straight out of school as an entry-level associate. Over the years I had the privilege to grow professionally as a leader. As an immigrant, Discover sponsored my OPT, H1B and green card. I felt little limited because of my visa status. The opportunities and people around me were tremendous. As I wrap up my time here, the metrics are fading away. The memories of how we approached work and how we treated each other remain. To name two fun moments. One is crunching a new campaign assumption while in the stairwell during a tornado drill with my business partner. The other is taking a scooter tour in DC after endless flights cancellation with the BEST Marketing team. We worked hard, but we had fun regardless of what life threw at us. I am forever thankful for my managers, business partners, mentors and team members. Our journey together shaped me. Yet it allowed me to be myself. Next week, I begin a new chapter at Horizon Media as SVP, Analytics to continue my adventure in Marketing Science. It’s an exciting time to join the agency world. I am thrilled by the vision for an open operating system that drives fast evolution. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. I can't wait to bring more clarity into decision-makings and stronger outcomes for team and for clients! The magic won't leave you if it is you. Onward. Forward. 🧡 🧡 🧡
