Travis Finch reposted thisTravis Finch reposted thisCitrin Cooperman has made an exciting investment in how we deliver audits — not just the tools we use, but the methodology behind them. We’ve adopted the full DAS Suite across the firm: DAS Audit, DAS PCR, and DAS EBP. What resonates most is that the platform builds genuine understanding in our professionals, drawing on real engagement data in real time so our teams can focus on sound judgment. We worked closely with CPA.com through data migration, change management, training, and implementation to make sure this was a strategic, impactful shift in how we work and provide services to our clients. Travis Finch reposted thisTravis Finch reposted thisFor Citrin Cooperman, adopting DAS suite, powered by Caseware, was as much of a talent decision as it was a technology choice. The firm wanted to equip its professionals with intelligent tools that would enable them to make more informed decisions, streamline engagement execution and focus more time on higher-value analysis and client service. CPA.com served as the implementation partner throughout, supporting data migration, change management and training to ensure adoption held across the firm. The adoption of DAS marks another step in Citrin Cooperman's broader AI strategy. With Caseware Verity embedded in the audit workflow, professionals can make smarter decisions and spend more time on high-value analysis and client service. Travis Finch reposted thisTravis Finch reposted thisAs firms prepare for an agentic future, connected audit workflows are more important than ever. Today, we announced new enhancements to the Dynamic Assurance Solution (DAS). Operating within the Caseware AI ecosystem alongside Verity, DAS continues to unify methodology, engagement data and workflow-native intelligence across the audit lifecycle, helping firms improve audit quality while reducing complexity. New enhancements include an enhanced risk assessment workflow, end-to-end internal controls, integrated PCAOB workflows, flexible stratification in sampling, dynamic financial reporting and stronger engagement file retention and documentation support. Powered by a transformative methodology developed by AICPA and CPA.com, DAS enables an audit approach that eliminates the need for disconnected tools while driving greater efficiency, audit quality and client value. These enhancements further strengthen the foundation of connected data and engagement workflows that firms can trust today and build upon for their AI and agentic future with the Caseware AI Platform and Verity. Pipeline Isn’t a Volume Problem. It’s a Precision Problem. If you're leading a SaaS company in the US market, you already know the environment has changed. Buying cycles are longer. Committees are larger. CAC is rising. And generic outreach is being ignored. Yet many GTM teams are still operating on outdated volume-based models. At Velmatrix Consulting, we work with SaaS leadership teams to solve a more strategic challenge: How do you consistently enter buying conversations before competitors do and with stronger context? Our approach is structured around five core principles. First, we define and validate the Ideal Customer Profile with precision. Not just industry or ARR but growth triggers, tech stack alignment, hiring patterns, and buying committee structure. Precision at this stage directly impacts conversion velocity. Second, we analyze intent signals across multiple behavioral sources. We identify which accounts are actively researching, comparing, or evaluating solutions in your category. Timing is leverage. Engaging when buyers are already in motion changes the entire dynamic of the conversation. Third, we apply human verification. AI surfaces signals, but leadership conversations require context. We validate authority, relevance, and use-case alignment before outreach begins. Fourth, we develop channel-specific messaging tailored to executive-level buyers. Email is structured differently from LinkedIn engagement. When appropriate, we deploy personalized AI-based outreach videos that demonstrate specific product capabilities aligned to the prospect’s environment. Not generic demos targeted capability previews. Finally, we execute in a coordinated multi-channel sequence email, LinkedIn, and relevant social platforms designed to maintain strategic visibility without creating noise. The result isn’t more activity. It’s better conversations. Higher response rates. Stronger MQL to SQL alignment. Shorter sales cycles. More predictable pipeline performance. For SaaS CEOs and revenue leaders, the objective isn’t to increase outbound volume. It’s to improve precision, timing, and relevance. Growth doesn’t come from louder outreach. It comes from entering the right conversation at the right moment. If pipeline predictability is a board-level priority this year, it may be time to rethink how intent, ICP precision, and personalization are being leveraged inside your GTM engine. Trusted Intelligence. Precision Pipeline. #B2BSaaS #SaaSGrowth #USStartups #GoToMarket #RevenueOperations #RevOps #DemandGeneration #PipelineGrowth #SalesLeadership #CMO #CRO #AIinSales

EVERY ZoomInfo customer can connect Claude and ZoomInfo together right now- but how about in Slack ? With Claude? Here’s how to build a targeted prospect list and account plan without leaving Slack. (In <5 minutes) Step 1: Ask Claude directly inside Slack to build you a list I asked for… “25 CROs and VPs of Sales based in Boston, at software companies between 500–1k employees, with $100M+ in funding. Name, title, email, mobile, total funding.” It taps straight into your Zoominfo database and all comes back right there in the channel. It even flags who is on your do not call list. Step 2: Pick an account. Ask Claude to prep you for the call, directly in Slack. It uses Zoominfo to pull every conversation you've had with them - calls, emails, pain points they've raised, products they use. It comes back with the leadership you NEED to know, what's happening at the account right now and specific angles that could help you win. This works inside Claude too when you connect it up to our MCP server - you can even ask it to build you a custom interface to sort, edit, and work the data however you want. Zoominfo is going to show up EVERYWHERE. Slack, Claude, wherever you're doing GTM work, your data should follow you there. Every ZoomInfo customer already has access to this - connect ZoomInfo to Claude here: https://lnkd.in/eM-UbCJt

The majority of sales teams still scale like it is 2011. Back then, you could solve a pipeline problem with a credit card. You hired more SDRs. They made more calls. Revenue went up. Today, that math has collapsed. Adding headcount doesn't double your revenue anymore. It just doubles your burn rate. We have entered the Agentic Phase. This means deploying AI agents that execute workflows and adapt to context. Do not confuse this with "Spam Bots." Real agents look at conversation history and adjust their tone. They don't just blast. They think. Jason M. Lemkin (SaaStr) recently proved this. He deployed 20+ agents to replace his SDR team. His big finding? The software wasn't enough. He needed a "GTM Engineer" to manage the orchestration. Unless you have a human pilot, you are just automating chaos. For this week's Founder's GTM 🦊 we designed an Outbound Sales Agent Ecosystem around 4 specific agents: - The Scout 🔬 finds high-fit accounts based on signals. - The Writer ✍️ drafts the message from scratch (no templates). - The Qualifier 💬 handles the inbox and books the meeting. - The Nurturer ⚡ circles back in 90 days if the timing is off. The goal is simple: Free your humans from the low-value admin work. Let them focus on the one thing the agents cannot do. Closing the deal. Check out the full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/eKjrTAfH

Profitability isn’t a growth lever. PagerDuty’s story shows a profitable SaaS business can still stall when expansion slows. ARR around $500M, up ~3% YoY, with NRR at 100% and a roughly flat base of about 15k customers for years. That combo reminds us that efficiency matters, but investors still link value to durable growth. A big TAM claim (about $50B) doesn’t help if penetration remains near 1% and growth stays in the low single digits. Outbound lesson: balance expansion within existing accounts and new-logo velocity, and watch NRR as a leading indicator. In practice, that means thoughtful ICP focus, retention-driven messaging, and staged plays that target both pipeline quality and renewal upside. How does your program balance new logos vs. expansion today? #B2BSaaS #Outbound

One of the biggest myths in GTM: “If it works for Sales comp, it’ll work for Customer Success.” Not anymore. Thought leaders across RevOps are now asking a better question: What behaviors strengthen customer loyalty, adoption, and lifetime value—and how should we design compensation around them? In this article, we explore the emerging best practice, which uses ✔️ NRR as the north star ✔️ GRR as the stability metric ✔️ LTV as the strategic outcome ✔️ Simplicity as the trust-builder At Fullcast, we believe the future of CS compensation is not about paying more. It’s about paying smarter, in a way that reinforces a durable, recurring revenue model. Here’s why: https://lnkd.in/gSSrDCXG Fullcast Ebsta (now part of Fullcast) #plantopay #revops #gotomarket #revenueintelligence

Do CROs really need GTM Strategy & RevOps? - Isn't that their job? - Shouldn't they spend their budget on salespeople? What’s the difference between a CRO and a VP of GTM Strategy & Operations? This seems obvious but I had this question myself. - Where does one role stop? - Where does the other begin? - Where do they overlap? - Why do we need both? - Why can’t the CRO do it all? Let’s start with the CRO CRO’s: - Set the vision for GTM - Build and lead the team - Unify sales, marketing, CS - Own the revenue number What’s this really mean? It means they spend most of their time trying to recruit great people, build a great GTM team, lead that team towards a revenue goal and constantly put out fires. Most CROs are salespeople and their talent is managing and hustling. Not many have strong ops skills. What’s the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations do? VPs of GTM Strategy & Operations: - Help build the plan - Analyze data to set targets - Help map the GTM process - Identify what’s working & not - Help optimize the GTM Engine What they don’t do: - Spend all day configuring Salesforce They help the CRO realize their vision by doing the heavy lifting, the granular bottoms-up data-driven planning, building detailed processes to execute that plan, building analytics engines and turning data into actionable insights. These are things CROs rarely have the time and skills to do alone. The CRO then has better processes, data, insights and systems to help them make the right decisions and drive their team to execute the right things in the right way. Without this, CROs are flying blind, fumbling through the basics of GTM Strategy & Ops without getting very far. They have a tops-down annual plan that isn't realistic, broken processes and systems and unreliable data that doesn't provide insights into their team's execution nor what's working and what's not. But that's my opinion? What do you think? 🤔 More on this in 📰 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙏𝙈 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛 📰 Get it here: https://bit.ly/3EQksks Want the high res image? - Click the link above - Or comment "High res" and we'll send it to you ✌️

Most revenue isn’t lost in the competitive market; it’s lost between approvals, pricing, and quotes. Every delayed quote, missed upsell, or pricing exception quietly erodes margins. CFOs feel the impact downstream, while finance teams spend weeks manually reconciling the fallout. That’s why CPQ is no longer just a sales tool, it has evolved into a financial control layer. Quotes move faster, pricing follows defined rules, revenue leakage drops, and sales cycles shrink without necessitating deep discounts. Now, layer #agenticai on top, AI that flags pricing risks early, identifies contract gaps before billing, and learns exactly where deals slow down and why. If Finance is still reviewing quotes in spreadsheets, the issue isn’t sales performance. It’s the system behind it. #cpq #revenuecloud #salesforce #cfo
