  • 6sense Decommission & Martech Migration

    Led the end-to-end decommission of 6sense ahead of ontract expiration while standing up five replacemen tools (Clay, Clay Ads, MadKudu, Exportly, and G2) ad a multi-vendor Clay enrichment waterfall for leadsand accounts, with zero disruption to Sales and Markting. Coordinated field and tag removals across Markto, Google Tag Manager, ad platforms, and Salesforcewith BizTech and Data.

  • Google Tag Manager / Segment Decoupling

    -

    Decoupled Google Tag Manager from Segment's event lyer to close active GDPR and DMA compliance gaps anddata-quality issues. Implemented Consent Mode V2 wit Transcend, declared consent categories so tags fireonly with granted consent, gated GA4 from non-marketng surfaces, and removed signup-iframe double-countig. Shipped to production ahead of schedule with zeroincidents.

  • Mopsy (AI Slack Agent)

    -

    An AI Slack agent built from scratch in socket modeon an extensible skill framework, summoned by mentio, direct message, emoji reaction, or thread reply. I triages and resolves marketing-ops requests or routs them to the right owner. First skill shipped: convrsational URL and UTM generation that enforces trackng governance. Designed to save the team an estimate 3 to 5 hours per day.

  • Revenue Control Room (Marketo + Webflow Orchestrato)

    -

    A custom orchestration pipeline (built in Google Aps Script) that turns a campaign brief into a live Maketo program, smart campaign, and email, plus a publshed Webflow CMS landing page, with an interactive Sack app for status and one-click approvals. Took camaign setup from a manual, multi-team effort to a nea-automated flow, saving ~2 hours per campaign (~50 hurs/month).
