Had the incredible privilege of attending the
Insight Publications 40 Under 40 celebration hosted at the beautiful
Appleton Flight Center and am walking away genuinely energized.
David G. Voss, Jr. set the tone with a message that stuck — the next generation of leaders isn't waiting until everything is figured out. They're moving. They're building. They're blazing the trail while others are still reading the map. They are acting on faith. They are showing up and making a difference.
That kind of clarity is contagious.
To be in a room full of people who lead with that same energy — backed by sponsors who show up because they genuinely believe in this community — it's a reminder of what makes this region worth investing in. Grateful for partners like
Community First Credit Union | Wisconsin and
Miron Construction Co., Inc., and every company that helped make last night possible.
Our senior leadership team was spread across the community last night, each of us showing up for causes and events because there is no shortage of amazing celebrations to support. I was proud to stand alongside
Andrew Hull as we represented our senior team, cheering on two incredible recipients from within our own walls —
Morgan Teal and
Jordan Destree. Watching people you work beside every day get recognized like this is something else entirely. We are all so proud.
And a special congratulations to
Kayla Nabbefeld, CPA, fellow board member on the Catalpa Foundation — on this well-deserved honor as well.
To the entire Class of 2026: you earned it, and the work you're doing matters more than you know.
This is what community looks like.
