Tim Ferguson shared thisI am deeply saddened to share the passing of my wife Stacie Ferguson a respected technology leader, colleague and friend to many. Over a 30+ year career—including her time at Microsoft—Stacie was known for her integrity, relationship‑driven leadership, and ability to solve complex problems with heart and humor. She lived with strength, faith, and determination, even in the face of cancer, and was most proud of her roles as a wife, mother, and new grandmother. Stacie’s warmth, energy, and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be missed beyond measure. Holy Mary Mother of God pray for us. Over the past four decades, she has witnessed tremendous growth, embraced countless changes, and played a meaningful role in shaping the companies we know today. Reflecting on her journey, Lori shared, “Right from the very beginning, we were friends that turned into family. We've watched each other's children grow up and shared countless memories along the way. And while I’ve never been one to embrace change easily, I still remember when we got our first computer—it felt like a wonderful step forward. The many technological changes that followed were a little harder for me, probably because of my fear of failing or falling behind. Looking back now, though, those challenges helped me grow. Forty-plus years later, I can honestly say I've been living the dream. If there's one lesson I've learned, it's this: treat your fellow employees the same way you treat your customers—with respect, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. Those relationships are what make a career truly meaningful." Over the past 42 years, Lori has been so much more than a dedicated employee—she's been a trusted teammate, mentor, and friend to many. Her hard work, knowledge, and caring nature have touched countless customers and coworkers, helping shape Electroline and EDCi into what they are today. And no, it is absolutely not a financially efficient hobby...the 3 salads worth of lettuce isn't equivalent to the sweat equity and money spent on materials. But honestly, I love it. There's something relaxing about slowing down after work and watching things grow over time. Similarly, that's why I enjoy financial planning. The best results come from small, consistent effort over time. Happy gardening 🌞 what's your favorite thing to grow?

David G. Voss, Jr. set the tone with a message that stuck — the next generation of leaders isn't waiting until everything is figured out. They're moving. They're building. They're blazing the trail while others are still reading the map. They are acting on faith. They are showing up and making a difference. That kind of clarity is contagious. To be in a room full of people who lead with that same energy — backed by sponsors who show up because they genuinely believe in this community — it's a reminder of what makes this region worth investing in. Tim Ferguson liked thisTim Ferguson liked thisGraduated! I recently wrapped up the Appleton Resident Leadership Academy with a trip to the Fire Station and Wastewater Treatment Plant. I am so grateful to the City of Appleton and the many people that took time out of their day to teach us the inner workings of the municipality. It's truly fascinating and humbling to watch how each sector operates to keep its citizens happy and healthy and it was an experience that I will be talking about for a long time.
