As Haskell enters its seventh decade, Chairman and CEO Jim OLeary has announced a series of executive promotions that sharpen leadership alignment and position the company for its next chapter. John-Paul Saenz, P.E. has been promoted to President, just the fourth in Haskell’s 60-year history, alongside additional leadership appointments that strengthen operations, strategy, technology and financial stewardship across the enterprise. The announcements come at a defining moment for Haskell. The company is closing its Haskell 2025 strategic vision with historic success, preparing to introduce a new 10-year roadmap and moving into a new permanent headquarters in Jacksonville. With mixed emotions, I want to share that I will be retiring from the United States Navy next year. After much reflection and thoughtful discussions with my family, we have decided that this is the right time to close this chapter and step into the next.Serving in the Navy has been one of the greatest honors of my life. The experiences, challenges, and—most importantly—the people I’ve had the privilege to serve alongside have shaped me in ways I’ll forever be grateful for.While saying goodbye to this part of my journey is not easy, my family and I are excited for what lies ahead. We look forward to new opportunities, continued growth, and time together in ways we’ve long anticipated.Thank you to all who have supported me along the way. I will always carry with me the lessons, memories, and camaraderie that make the Navy family so unique.
