“I had the honor of working with Talton at a time when Kittyhawk needed a stronger direction from Product to meet the demands of our clients. Talton's leadership skills and knowledge helped Kittyhawk grow in product reliability and he was instrumental in helping us get our enterprise solution, Air Control out the door for our clients. Talton is highly skilled in using data to drive product decisions. As a manager for product and a leader that the Engineering team looked to for direction on product decisions he always delivered and even had through product documentation to help the team succeed. He wore several hats during his time with Kittyhawk. He helped rally and organize better the Engineering Team as well as help it grow by leading the way in helping us find new talent for the team. He was involved in early QA of our enterprise solution, Air Control, and he helped leadership make swift decisions that helped define the scope and get the product out the door to meet the immediate need of our clients. Talton is a caring and passionate individual about his team succeeding and always promoted that we exceed the customer's expectations. Lastly, he was a great co-worker and friend. Someone that helped me improve as a manager and was very approachable to discuss not just our work but also how to be better at leading the team. Anyone looking to add Talton to their product team has a diamond in the rough and will be lucky to have him steer their product ship.”
