I decided a few months ago to take the summer off from work to spend time with my family and travel ✈️🌏. We started with a trip to the California Redwoods and to visit family in Oregon. I don't have a new role locked in so at the end of the summer I'll be exploring new opportunities. I'm stoked to spend time with my wife and kids.

It was a day dedicated to connecting with customers and with each other, celebrating the achievements of the last 12 months, and looking ahead to the innovations we’ll be rolling out for SMBs and accountants over the next year (BILL is one busy 🐝 hive!) The energy in the room was buzzing with excitement around all the great initiatives that will make our customers' lives better in the next year. The passion around serving our customers was front and center and is very inspiring. Thank you to every BILL team member for their contributions to the kickoff day, and for being on this amazing journey together. #lifeatBILL

As usual, I am feeling cautious about 2024 except for our own business, in which I am feeling super confident, positive, and the growth ahead. I'm incredibly grateful for all the hard work our team has put in, and the tribe we've built. There's no one better than our customers (especially the repeat customers) 😎.
