This is a very insightful and important article by #JAMA … The shift in the #PhysicianRole is precisely why we must double down on the 'human' side of the equation. While #AI can optimize documentation and diagnosis, it cannot navigate the complex web of Social Determinants of Health (#SDOH) that define a patient’s daily reality and even needs. True accountability in the age of algorithms means using the time saved by AI to focus on the #Patient. • #PatientEducation: Translating complex algorithmic outputs into clear, culturally sensitive guidance that empowers the patient. • #EmpatheticEngagement: Recognizing that a diagnosis is only as effective as a patient’s ability to act on it within their specific life constraints. • #PatientEmpowerment: Moving from 'algorithmic care' to 'collaborative care' where the patient feels seen, heard, and understood. AI can provide the data, but only human empathy can build the trust necessary for true healing. ❤️🩹
