What gave me confidence wasn't certainty about the future; it was a feeling during my interview that I had found a place where I belonged and where opportunities were possible. Twenty years later, that feeling remains. I've had the privilege of being a part of incredible teams, contributing to global initiatives, and growing through opportunities I never could have imagined. Amongst the wins and challenges, every experience has shaped who I am today. Throughout my journey, I've been surrounded by leaders who believe in me, colleagues who challenge and support me; developing friendships that have become family. Through the milestones of marriage, motherhood, and countless personal and professional chapters, my constant remains: my TEK family.
