It has me reflecting on how grateful I am that, throughout my career, I was able to be present for the moments that mattered most in her life. That is why work-life balance is so important to me as a leader. Results matter, but so do the people behind them. I want my colleagues to succeed professionally without missing the moments they can never get back. Careers are important. Family is irreplaceable.
