I am so grateful to have a job where my needs are wanted in so many places. To be given this opportunity to work in many great places is a Godsend. Right now I have several assignments that are ready booked, vacations planned, and other commitments. So thanks for the offers. Scott Tritt shared thisWhat a farce of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue shield. To penalize the Anesthesia group for not paying what the Anesthesia group should be paid. Anesthesia team gets paid less money because of other people’s errors or the surgeon takes more time to do whats diligence, to penalize anesthesia because a insturment error, to penalize anesthesia for saving someone’s life in the operating room. All because of the CEO says it’s anesthesia fault for the contamination of instruments it’s anesthesia fault the surgeon/surgery us taken longer than expected. Anesthesia gets a sub payment while the surgeon gets paid no matter what. Scott Tritt shared thisSeveral months age I had my poems published by pioneer publishing press. The process was not as I aspected, they baited me with the first publishing process. Gave me some information up front then as the process continued more delays. First printing they left out two pages. The art work for the book cover was nice A +. The person I was working with is incompetent in communication. Then the second person I communicating with is also incompetent. So many delays letting me know what’s going on with the publishing of my book . With the second printing I had to haggle to get my book reprinted had to pay for shipping then they said they would give me a discount on Barnes and noble site for availability. This hasn’t happened fully (it’s been 6 weeks )on their website but the promise of putting the book physically on a store has not happened. I feel I was used by Pioneer press publishing I won’t put the peoples names here that are incompetent. The company is incompetent I have been waiting 9 days for them to call me this is the standard procedure for them and for me to chase them instead of them helping their client. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PIONEER PRESS PUBLISHING

Scott Tritt shared thisWhat is your idea of giving back. Where will you give back. How will you give. This week my wife and I are giving back to the Boy Scouts at Philmont scout and so are twenty some otger people. Scouting has been in my life for many years. We paid to volunteer our time, we are doing fire mitigation at Philmont. Yes it’s hard work, it’s cold, but the experience is wonderful. Scouting brings strangers together and you go home as fruafter 5 days. So if you have spare time, money, are you retired, come give your time to Philmont scout ranch to further scouting experience to all . Philmont was given to the Boy Scouts by Waite Phillips in 1937 , it incompansies 141,000 acres in New Mexico. Waite was a generous man who wanted to give back to society to further the education and outdoor education to all.

The OCVN program(www.ocvn.osu.edu)is a research-based scientific training program that emphasizes hands-on natural resource education coupled with volunteer service.
In the OCVN program the following is taught and is employed when volunteering:

Education/Interpretive — direct or indirect outreach to the public, such as presenting natural resources information, developing educational materials, or leading nature walks;
Stewardship — natural resources management activities such as trail work, invasive species removal or restoration projects; and
Citizen Science — gathering data to support research projects, such as monarch larval monitoring.
I love volunteering so I can be outdoors and teach people about nature.
