We picked up some new states, remodeled some top doors to our beautiful new layouts, some exciting social engagements, met amazing teams working hard everyday and all while driving record breaking sales! Couldn’t ask for a better team and celebrating an amazing 2025. Here’s to an even bigger 2026 with bigger sales, more remodels and (at least)2 new stores coming our way! Thanks Central Region!

I see this happen constantly with clients: You spend weeks building a strategy based on customer data. You present it. And it gets killed by a personal preference. "Can we make the logo bigger?" "It feels a bit too risky." "Let's use more 'professional' words." So you dilute it. You make it "safe." You get the approval. And then? Silence. Zero leads. High CAC. The Hard Truth: Your CEO is not your customer. Your board is not your customer. You are not your customer. Your audience doesn't care if the decision-makers "like" the colour blue. They care if you understand their pain. The Lesson: Stop optimising for internal applause. Start optimising for external resonance. Marketing that gets approved is easy. My job, my identity, my confidence. I called myself a loser. And honestly, I believed it. But instead of disappearing, I decided to take a bet on myself. That bet was to show up. To climb “cringe mountain.” To keep putting myself out there, even if people judged me. Fast forward to today: that same “unemployed loser” just spoke in front of 1,400+ people. Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: ● Double down on what you believe in even when no one else sees it. ● Visibility matters. Showing up opens doors you can’t predict. ● You don’t get there alone. Community is everything. I’m so grateful to the Blossom Social team for organizing such a thoughtful, high energy event, and to every single person who listened, asked, and shared. If you’re reading this and you feel stuck, please hear me: you’re not a loser. You’re just at the beginning of your climb.
