Ryan Koch reposted thisRyan Koch reposted thisAs the Global Digital Collaboration Conference 2025 winds up, the dominant theme is interoperability. Here's my Indicio colleague Char Howland, co chair of the OpenWallet Foundation Special Interest Group, explaining that was easy to create multi-credential, multi-protocol workflows from a #digitalwallet for travelers to experience seamless international travel. That's the kind of interoperability that shows the world is connectable in secure, privacy-preserving ways. Ryan Koch liked thisThis is the problem we set out to solve. Proud of the team.Ryan Koch liked this🏆 NEWS: Juniper Research has named Indicio Proven the best fraud prevention technology of 2026, awarding it the Platinum honor, putting it at the top of the category. Somewhere right now, an honest person is on hold, waiting for a frozen card to be unfrozen, trying to confirm they're the one paying a bill they've paid for years, questioning how much time they'll spend today on hold with a customer service line, questioning if they should abandon the service altogether. Fraud prevention was supposed to protect legitimate customers, but instead treats them as suspects. We built Indicio Proven to fix that. #Banks and #financialservices institutions need #VerifiableCredentials more than ever. With Generative AI becoming more sophisticated every day, deepfakes can now pass video checks, synthetic identities can pass as real customers, and systems are guessing harder while honest people pay for every wrong trivia answer. Indicio Proven stops the guessing and verifies instead. Verifiable Credentials are tied to a person's biometrics. During verification, two checks occur simultaneously: the credential is genuine and untampered, and the live face matches what's inside. AI can forge a face. It can't forge the cryptography. Indicio is where fraud stops and lets real customers through in seconds. And that's what we are so proud to have recognized by Juniper's analysts. If fraud, KYC, or onboarding a problem for your business, drop us a DM or comment below. 🔗 Check out the link to our announcement in the comments.

Ryan Koch liked thisPlenty of companies can demo identity tech. Running it live at borders, airports, and banks where failure is not an option is the hard part. That’s why I’m pleased that Frost & Sullivan named Indicio a Leader for 2026. We can help you get there.Ryan Koch liked this🚀 Indicio has been named a leader in digital identity for 2026 by a key industry benchmark, The Frost Radar™ by Frost & Sullivan. Indicio is a leader because we prove what’s real. The defining identity problem for enterprises is that you can no longer tell at a glance who or what is real. The face on the video call might be synthetic. The AI agent moving money might be acting on behalf of someone you authorized, or for no one at all. That uncertainty is an increasing cost, a compliance burden, and an existential risk. Indicio Proven® solves these problems. ✅ Biometrics bound to every credential, so a real person clears the gate, and a deepfake doesn’t. ✅ Cryptographic identity for AI agents through ready-to-deploy infrastructure, so an agent can prove who it acts for before it touches a bank account or pulls a customer record. ✅ Already live at borders, airports, and financial institutions where failure is not an option. The EU Digital Identity Wallet mandate is set to land in December. The U.S. Treasury has endorsed verifiable credentials for financial KYC as a priority technology. AI agents will need verifiable identities if they are to deliver on their promise. We saw this coming and built what you need to address it. The Frost Radar confirms where enterprise identity is going. Verified once. Trusted everywhere. Ryan Koch liked thisCome and see for yourself!Ryan Koch liked thisThree funds. Three KYC processes. The same passport, re-verified at each venue. For an investor moving capital across multiple funds, identity verification is a recurring tax on time. It no longer has to work this way. With a Verifiable Credential, verify an identity once. Cryptographically bind it to a live person in a way AI can't fake. Then let that verified credential be reused anywhere, with any counterparty, and for any transaction. That's what we built with IDEMIA Public Security. Swipe through to see how it works 👉 The U.S. Treasury’s March 2026 report to Congress named verifiable digital credentials as a pathway to mitigate identity fraud and illicit finance risk. This infrastructure is ready now. We’re walking through the full picture on May 26 — registration in the comments.

Ryan Koch liked thisRyan Koch liked thisScan your passport once. Use that identity everywhere — booking, check-in, bag drop, security, boarding, border crossing, hotel, car rental. The same credential, the whole journey. No passport queues. No redundant document uploads. No typing your details into a chatbot. Just a tap, a biometric match, and you’re through. This is what Indicio has deployed at country scale — DTC-1 and DTC-2, both specs, covering the full travel ribbon from pre-authorization to destination services. And now that same credential works with AI agents. Verified identity, before any data moves. Learn more 🔗 below in comments /

Ryan Koch liked thisRyan Koch liked thisI’m worried about junior engineers. (Especially devs coming up after 2023) Okay, let’s get this out of the way (I’m annoyed that I even feel the need to say this). Yes… AI is useful. (We use it every day. It makes our teams faster. That’s not the debate.) The problem is what it’s removing from the learning process. For most of my career, junior engineers learned by doing the hardest, most boring part of the job. The only question you were ever asked on an interview: “Can you write code.” The grind of banging out massive amounts of code everyday is where my instincts developed. I learned what a bad abstraction felt like because I had to live with it. I learned why certain shortcuts were dangerous because I broke things. Then, I had to know how to fix them. But that critical implementation stage is disappearing fast. Today, AI can generate decent code in minutes. Which is great… unless you never learned how to reason about that code without help. That’s the part I’m worried about. So here’s my advice to anyone early in their career… Build something on your own time WITHOUT AI. Pick a project: auth, database, API, frontend, deployment. Whatever. You will struggle. You will make bad decisions. You’ll stay up all-night scanning thousands of lines of code until your eyes almost pop out of your head. And that’s the point. Because later, when you do use AI (and you should), you’ll know when it’s wrong. You’ll know when something feels off. You’ll be able to diagnose a problem & understand why a solution works. My prediction: The juniors who put in reps (without an AI crutch) will move up the ladder faster & be the seniors all the vibe-coders rely on! That’s where the VALUE is heading!
