While entrepreneurs are more prone to experience burnout in their work, they are not unique in their experience. From a clinical lens, it is important to recognize that burnout is not a sign of personal weakness. It is a signal of a chronic imbalance between drive and restoration. Leaders who learn to regulate stress and correctly define productivity build both healthier teams and stronger companies.
