“I was provided the opportunity via Vyaire Medical, Inc to build a team of Regional Product Specialists across the U.S. marketplace to sell and support the growth of a disruptive technology in the Anesthesia Care category. When I met Ryan, it was clear he possessed the many traits and characteristics of an individual who would thrive in a competitive, high stakes environment. I knew for certain it was an opportunity for Vyaire to hire an extremely talented, motivated individual with limitless upside. Over the time Ryan spent on my team he absolutely flourished as a medical device sales representative and expert product specialist. He quickly became a subject matter expert, a leader on my team and amongst his associates within the main line team in his region.
