As the lead vendor in Jackson MS for Gannett, our role is to execute a joint partnership between Gannett and Kroger. The joint objectives of this project are to create sustainable audience acquisition for Gannett, and to provide added value to Kroger through lead generation and brand ambassadorship. To achieve an optimized S+OP we've designed management systems that focus on high connectivity between project leaders and the staff that conduct these promotions. By measuring "touch points" as…

By measuring "touch points" as one of our KPIs, we have integrated excellence in process as a priority along side excellence in performance.
We can boast achieving scale within the first week of Kroger/Gannet contract execution.
We provide QA through recorded audits of staff. These can be pulled from any store in realtime through proprietary software.
The continued goal of this project will be to execute lean strategies for process improvement, and provide implementable launch protocols for corporate store programs for future clients in the print industry.
