Rachel Shaffer reacted on thisAfter years in Oil & Gas, I’ve seen the gap between mountains of data and meaningful action—including simpler activities like the ability to fill forms correctly, reducing friction in audit findings, or more complex actions like actionable insights from sensor data, just-in-time materials management. That gap inspired me to focus on practical AI that drives real outcomes. Today, I’m thrilled to join Frame Data & AI, where our mission is to make AI scalable and transformative for energy and industrial enterprises. For me, this is about more than technology—it’s about accelerating progress and creating sustainable value. If you’re ready to lead the transformation, let’s connect and make adoption real—together! Across the industry, leaders are investing heavily in data and AI, yet too many initiatives stall at pilots—blocked by fragmented data, legacy systems, and platforms that were never designed for AI at scale. Frame exists to close that gap. We help organizations build AI-native data foundations that make analytics and AI usable in the real world - driving safer operations, more reliable assets, faster decisions, and stronger financial performance. What differentiates Frame is our deep industry focus. We understand that your data spans decades of unstructured documents, ERP systems, operational technology, and real-time sensor data. Our approach unlocks value across the entire data estate - from handwritten field notes created decades ago to sub-millisecond data streaming from critical industrial assets today. Customers don’t need more tools. They need partners who understand their business, their urgency, and how to translate AI into outcomes. That’s the company we’ve built - that's Frame. If you’re ready to move beyond AI experiments and into production-level impact, let’s connect. And don’t forget to follow Frame Data & AI!

Rachel Shaffer reacted on thisProud to reshare our recent lease sale success. What stood out to me wasn’t just the result, but the execution. While many struggle to move AI/ML beyond pilots, the insights from our team were used directly in high-stakes business decisions — with confidence and clarity. Our business leaders recognized the value and brought the team to the table as true partners. That’s how analytics becomes a real competitive advantage. Rachel M. Rachel Shaffer reacted on thisRachel Shaffer reacted on thisFair warning: this is a gratitude post disguised as a humble brag. Or maybe the other way around 😀 . 2025 has been a remarkable year for our DSEATS community: winning the SPE Presidential Award, hosting a successful inaugural AI4Energy Houston event, and personally being honored with the SPE International DSEA Award. None of this reflects one person's effort. It reflects a community that believes data can transform our industry. To every committee member, speaker, sponsor, and supporter thank you for showing up and raising the bar. Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Here's to even greater impact in 2026. After a month in the role, it’s clear she is an excellent fit—bringing decades of industry experience, a deep understanding of today’s data challenges, and a strong vision for the potential of AI and analytics. She is team-focused, compassionate, and insightful. I look forward to seeing the impact Anu and the Data and Insights Department deliver for Chevron. As for me, I have transitioned into my Chevron Fellow role and will retire from Chevron in March. Many new adventures await!

Rachel Shaffer reacted on thisHonored to have joined the World Leaders in Data and AI [WLDA] Summit 2025 — celebrating its 5th anniversary, brilliantly convened by its’ founder Asha Saxena. As a founding and advisory board member, I’m proud to help advance WLDA’s vision to be the leading AI Leadership Forum gathering global leaders to learn and collaborate for an equitable, intelligent, and human-centered world. Over the years, WLDA has built a remarkable platform where executives, academics, and innovators come together to explore what progress and humanity mean in the age of AI. This year’s event reflected just that — insightful, grounded, and deeply human. A few highlights that stood out: • Tara Dziedzic , Head of Capital Markets at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), opened with an energizing perspective on how this global financial powerhouse balances innovation with its core of trust, transparency, and market integrity — ensuring capital markets remain an anchor for long-term value as AI reshapes industries. • Po-Shen Loh, Carnegie Mellon University, inspired us to see creativity and human problem-solving as enduring advantages — reminding us that the future belongs to leaders who can “solve the unfamiliar.” • Brett House, Columbia Business School, reframed tech’s economic narrative, noting that we often overstate productivity gains after major innovations. The true dividends of AI will unfold gradually as organizations adapt, reskill, and integrate responsibly. • Amr Awadallah, Founder & CEO of Vectara and Co-Founder of Cloudera, brought a powerful message on how enterprise AI must be built for meaning, context and human-scale value — not just raw compute. • The panel discussions gathered leaders across industries, exploring both opportunities and challenges in AI adoption — from data governance to regulation and ethics. What stood out was the collective focus on practical, human-centered solutions which brings value to their businesses. Talking with participants reaffirmed what makes World Leaders in Data and AI [WLDA] so special — an authentic, intimate, and collaborative community where leaders openly share experiences, challenge perspectives, and inspire purposeful action. I left the summit energized and convinced that our future depends not only on smarter machines, but on smarter, more human leadership. THANK YOU Asha Saxena! Danielle Maurici-Arnone as MC led through the day with her amazing way of summarizing each session. #AILeadership #HumanCenteredAI #WLDA #NYSE
