The space will support VEIR’s continued testing and manufacturing as the Woburn-based team scales superconducting power delivery solutions following a recent 3MW technology demonstration. The building offers strong industrial fundamentals, including significant power capacity and industrial zoning -- an increasingly rare combination in the market. Rachel Marks liked thisRachel Marks liked thisProject Spotlight: Rag & Bone | Wrentham, MA When a premium fashion brand comes to Wrentham Village Outlets, the space has to match the product. The project transformed an existing retail space into an open-concept environment that reflects the quality and character of a high-end clothing brand. The scope was comprehensive: make-safe mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems, full removal of existing fixtures and flooring, new dressing room layout, soffits, finishes, and updated electrical throughout the sales floor. Below the slab, we excavated for new electrical and data conduits and poured a newly doweled concrete slab finished with a polished grind-and-epoxy. The kind of detail that lives underfoot but defines the entire feel of the space. Owner-provided millwork, sales fixtures, counters, accessories, and branded signage were installed with the precision this brand demands. Every element was coordinated to align with the retailer's vision from the sales floor to the back of house. Walker Development delivered a refined, edgy retail environment built to elevate both the brand and the customer experience. There's a lot that goes into getting a luxury retail space right. Every person in that building was incredible, from the doctors to the valets and janitors. But it was the nurses who kept us sane through all the ups and downs. Their job was to care for the babies, but they never failed to care for the parents, too. Because of the incredible medical team, we took home a perfectly healthy baby girl. Since April, I've had the privilege of spending time with Property Management at JLL teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, meeting colleagues, clients and leaders from across JLL. These conversations have helped align us around where we're headed as we bring Accelerate 2030 to life and continue strengthening our global Property Management business. What has stood out most to me is the consistency of JLL's culture. Wherever I’ve travelled, I've heard the same themes echoed time and again. A genuine commitment to people, a hospitality-led mindset, and an unwavering focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. That culture matters. When hospitality, collaboration and client service are embedded in the way people think and work, delivering great experiences becomes second nature. It's what allows us to strengthen our partnerships with clients while continuing to raise the bar for property management around the world. While I haven’t been able to meet all 22,000 colleagues across our global Property Management business, I've given it a good go!
