The acquisitions add c.AU$89 million to Realterm's Australian portfolio, with both assets to sit within Realterm’s second Australian fund, which was launched in May this year. Realterm has acquired: · A truck terminal at 5–9 Lancaster Street, Ingleburn via an on-market campaign led by Elijah Shakir of ReVest Property Group, and · An IOS secure storage asset at 2A Mavis Street, Revesby for AU$50 million.
