What is EDS anyway? Its another CMS from Adobe, right? Wrong! Edge Delivery Services is Adobe’s answer to the modern web, where performance and content velocity are more important than heavyweight CMS architectures. https://lnkd.in/ecG8yxdG

I just wrapped up an Adobe Enterprise Architecture training, and one idea really stuck with me: Technology matters most when we can clearly connect it to a business outcome. Over the entire week, we worked through architecture, platform capabilities, data, content, and AI using real customer challenges. That made it practical and immediately applicable. My biggest takeaway was seeing, in real time, how tangible and customer-centric this work can be. Three ideas stood out: 🔹 The Democratization Flywheel: Unifying the content supply chain can create real efficiencies in people, process, resources, and revenue. Layering in automation and AI makes those capabilities more accessible and scalable across teams. 🔹 The Human Enterprise Narrative. Complexity becomes useful when it’s turned into a story. Compelling specificity connects solutions to business outcomes, whether you’re speaking to executive vision or practitioner action. 🔹 Learn → Connect → Act. The models and skills we picked up, combined with visibility into other customers’ challenges, turned into action-oriented outcomes for the customer. People who know me, know this about me/Adobe -> I’m not leaving this as theory. There’s beauty in demystifying complexity through a real tangible outcome. So, thats what i set off to do for my Adobe customers. A huge shoutout to Adam Klintworth, who put the ‘demystifying complexity’ idea into practice all week. His storytelling made every session entertaining, relatable, and easy to take back to customers & in personal communications in life. Dhwipa Patel Vikram J Kamath Ali Colman & JoAnn Stacey, my leaders for facilitating such great ways of learning and advancing our skills at various levels. Excited for what comes next. 🚀 #EnterpriseArchitecture #CustomerSuccess #AI #DigitalTransformation #ContinuousLearning

Companies adopting AI agents across their org are asking how to track adoption, usage patterns and AI performance. Adobe has released the Agentic AI Monitoring Dashboard. With this dashboard, companies can monitor usage, audit conversations, and drive improvement through user-provided feedback, building trust in Adobe's ability to enable agentic capabilities for real business use cases. https://lnkd.in/eYJ4b9G9

From a program perspective, I can see the value of having one supplier support both AOR and EOR. It allows each worker to enter through the model that fits without creating two separate processes. Lifted, an Upwork Company explains how both can work together. https://lnkd.in/ggQAtXx6

As an Enterprise Architect, I've spent my career designing systems that augment and enhance human capability — and Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker is the first AI innovation I've seen that doesn't just assist workflows, it fundamentally redefines the role of the enterprise itself. The era of AI as a tool is over; this is AI as a colleague, and the architectural implications for how organizations design, scale, and orchestrate customer experiences are nothing short of transformational.

When you intentionally operate as the person you are mandated to become, you force the cognitive restructuring necessary to sustain it.
