“I would highly recommend Pat, he is the type of person you want on your team. He understands the tech he is looking for in engineers, as well as the way they fit together. From our initial conversation around my experience, my skills, and my desired position he was both concise and thorough; I suspect he applies this attention to detail in everything he does. In our discussions it was abundantly clear that Pat understood the needs of the company he recruits for, my technical skill set, and most importantly my goals. He certainly did not waste my time, his time, or the hiring companies' time during the recruiting process. Beyond just his technical acuity Pat is blunt and straightforward with his assessment of different positions and their fit for me, and vice versa. Throughout the 2 years or so that I've worked with him he has certainly gained my trust and respect, and I'm certain this goes for other candidates on the engineering side as well.
