This marks an important step towards Carvix becoming a publicly traded company and it serves as a validation of the business model they have built to date. It hardly seems possible that it has been 59 years since I first met you. From that very first meeting, I knew there was something truly special about you. I fell in love with you then, and that love has only grown deeper with each passing year. Looking back over our journey together, I realize that every success I have achieved has been made possible because of your unwavering love, encouragement, patience, and sacrifice. Through every challenge, every new venture, every dream, and every adventure, you have been my constant source of strength and my guiding light. You have stood beside me through countless milestones—from our early years of building a life together to raising our wonderful family and pursuing dreams that often seemed impossible. Your quiet strength, wisdom, compassion, and belief in me have been the foundation upon which so much of my life has been built. Together, we have been blessed with two remarkable sons, who have grown into accomplished, compassionate, and capable individuals. We are also blessed beyond measure with five wonderful grandchildren—four beautiful granddaughters and one grandson—each of whom brings immense joy, pride, and hope to our lives. Rajee, thank you for your endless love, your extraordinary patience, and for always helping me find the right path whenever life presented difficult choices. Thank you for supporting my many professional adventures and personal pursuits, often making sacrifices of your own without ever seeking recognition. As a devoted physician, an exceptional mother, a loving grandmother, and my lifelong partner, you have touched countless lives—not only within our family but also through your dedication to caring for others. I could not have asked for a better companion to share this incredible journey of life. As we celebrate this special milestone, I look forward to many more years of laughter, love, good health, new adventures, and treasured moments together. Happy 56th Anniversary, my dearest Rajee. Thank you for making my life richer, happier, and more meaningful than I could ever have imagined. With all my love, today and always. ❤️❤️❤️ Mohan Ananda www.mohan-ananda.com

Looking back nearly six decades later, I realize that the journey was never about a destination—it was about evolution. From those early days at Caltech, to a career in science at NASA and Aerospace, to transitioning into law, and then entrepreneurship—each phase was a leap into the unknown. Along the way, I had the privilege of being part of transformative innovations, building companies, creating opportunities, and contributing in ways I could never have imagined at the start. What remained constant was a simple belief: Pursue what excites you, stay curious, and try to create value for others. The world has changed dramatically since 1967—technology, society, and opportunity have all evolved. Yet, one thing remains unchanged: the power of human potential when combined with perseverance and purpose. Today, as I continue working on new ideas—especially at the intersection of AI and healthcare—I feel the same sense of curiosity and excitement I had when I first arrived in California. The journey continues. From aspiration to realization… and still learning. #JourneyThroughTime #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #AI #Leadership #Gratitude

Members of the SPS community including Program Director Shahryar Shaghaghi and Faculty Associate and Alum Carlos Fernandez (’14SPS) were there to mark the occasion and celebrate alongside Giri. Students from the Global Entrepreneurship Ecosystems class also watched the ceremony, seeing firsthand what the path from graduate study to public markets can look like. Giri’s journey from the Technology Management program to a Nasdaq listing is a clear example of what our alumni are building. We are proud to have been part of this milestone. Congratulations, Giri! #TechnologyManagement #SPS #Columbia #Nasdaq #Entrepreneurship #Alumni
