“I was lucky enough to begin working with Patricia in 2017. Besides being terrific to work with, her User Experience expertise had (and continues to have) a profound impact on our R&D. Patti’s thinking led us to explore areas of AI and ML which were years ahead of our both our competitors and our partners. This development created products which absolutely thrilled our customers. Patti can think years ahead of the tech curve and I could not recommend her strongly enough for project, product, management or board roles which require her expertise. Truly gifted. Work with her.”

Technological innovations in the last decades have led to the digitization and interconnection of the world, fostering the Knowledge Society. The changes brought about by the new technologies affect society in such a profound way that those who don't prepare to face these changes will be in great disadvantage in the near future. In education, it means -among others- learning to be creative and flexible, to process the overwhelming amount of information available, and to collaborate in complex projects that are out of the hands of a single person or organization. New technologies not only generate the changes but help us adapt to them; but more than superficial reforms or addition of technology, education needs to be rethought and restructured from the ground.
