To my colleagues, leaders, and teams I've had the privilege of working with and leading—thank you for your support, guidance, and friendships over the years. This year’s theme was “Trust the Process,” and that couldn’t have resonated more. This was the reset I needed to sit back, analyze what I’ve been doing, and stoke the passionate fire that burns so brightly. I can’t begin to speak on how empowering it was to be surrounded by other women in the industry. There is strength in our femininity and power in our identities as women, but its something that the world- and subsequently we- often overlook. The laughter, confidence, and stories of our experiences as women in the field are nothing short of awe inspiring. So be patient. Trust the Process. Reflect. The theme, “Trusting the Process,” really resonated with me—it was a powerful reminder to take a step back and trust the journey. This experience gave me space for personal growth and the chance to lean into my personal brand. I’m so thankful to be part of a group filled with strong, inspiring women and supportive allies.
