Noah Morgenstein reposted thisNoah Morgenstein reposted thisOne of the things I appreciate most about working at August Health is that the mission and the product are tightly connected. The software we build helps caregivers and senior living communities deliver better care to older adults, and it's easy to see the impact of our work. I'm lucky to work with a thoughtful, ambitious, and genuinely kind team. We care deeply about building great products, moving quickly, and solving real problems for the people who rely on us every day. I’m hiring for a few roles on my team. Noah Morgenstein shared thisProud of my friend for his most recent of many accomplishments in his industry. A creative and brilliant mind, master craftsman. Hard to believe that we were elementary school goofballs 30 years ago. Great job!Noah Morgenstein shared thisAfter months of quietly building, I’m thrilled to finally share what we’ve been working on. Edibles.com is a wellness-driven wholesale marketplace for hemp-derived THC-infused products, developed at Edible Brands to provide safe, trusted, and convenient access to this rapidly growing category. With nationwide reach, strategic distribution, and deep e-commerce expertise, we’re uniquely positioned to accelerate the industry’s growth and set new standards in the space. This wouldn’t have been possible without the vision and trust of Somia Farid Silber and Tariq Farid, who have committed to bringing this to life the right way. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for their support and dedication to this, including Kevin Keith, Erica Randerson, Doug Knox, Sara Berthen, Clark Kipling, Angela Johnson, and Tate Cutrer (and so many others who have been instrumental in this journey). Stay tuned—big news is coming tomorrow…

When I asked my team what they wanted to do for our outing, I expected suggestions like an escape room or happy hour. Instead, they wanted to volunteer. We spent an amazing morning with Community Servings preparing medically tailored meals for people in our community. Come join us! 🩵Noah Morgenstein liked thisAlsos Behavioral Health is now on LinkedIn. We operate a growing network of accredited substance use and mental health treatment centers, each a trusted local provider in its own community. Across our locations we deliver the full continuum of care — medically supervised detox, residential treatment, medication-assisted treatment, and integrated care for co-occurring disorders — grounded in evidence-based practice and a commitment to dignity. Our centers are accredited by The Joint Commission, with several holding additional CARF accreditation. We partner with hospitals, clinicians, EAPs, and community organizations to make high-quality treatment accessible — including for veterans, pregnant women, and Medicaid-eligible and underserved populations. When people enter the workforce or begin college, it's easy to become completely immersed in one area of life. Then summer rolls around, and many of us talk about picking up new hobbies or learning new skills, only to put them aside once life gets busy again. This summer, I wanted to do something different. At the end of the semester, I made a commitment to learn something every day in areas that genuinely interest me or that I know I need to improve. Alongside my research, that has meant practicing guitar, studying Russian/German/Hungarian, learning MATLAB, listening to podcasts, running, reading more about religion, and (of course) spending time learning about reptiles. People often say the hardest part is getting started. I disagree. Anyone can pick up a guitar or go for a run once. The difficult part is showing up again tomorrow, next week, and next month—especially when the excitement wears off. There have been plenty of evenings when I didn't feel like opening MATLAB after a full day in the lab or getting out for a run. Ironically, those have often been the days I've learned the most. Growth rarely comes from doing what's convenient; it comes from consistently choosing what's worthwhile. One piece of advice from my Russian professor has stayed with me. Whenever I stressed about not having enough time, she would simply say, "Make time." Those two words have changed the way I think about each day. I've realized that there are opportunities to learn everywhere if you're intentional with your time. A commute can become a podcast. Thirty minutes can become guitar practice or a Duolingo lesson. An evening can become another chance to wrestle with MATLAB or dive into a topic you've always wanted to understand. I'm still early in my career, but if there's one thing this summer has reinforced, it's this: time is one of our most valuable resources. The more intentionally we spend it on things that challenge us, teach us, and help us grow, the more we'll become the people we aspire to be.

While I am deeply honored to receive this award, I certainly could not have achieved it without the support of so many people. First and foremost, thank you to my family for giving me the opportunity to attend such an incredible institution that encourages its students to grow, explore, and challenge themselves. Next, I want to thank my friends for constantly encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone, try new things, and push myself to be better. I could not have gotten through all the late nights in the Rector Science Complex without you all. Finally, thank you to the outstanding faculty at Dickinson College. Attending a small liberal arts college has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with my professors, who have been incredible mentors and supporters throughout my academic journey. Their guidance has made a lasting impact on my education and personal growth. Thank you all for being part of this journey. I'm excited for two more amazing years at Dickinson College. Roll Red Devils!

Noah Morgenstein liked thisNoah Morgenstein liked thisThis weekend I flew across the country to watch one of my oldest and dearest friends get married. It was also (per my doctor) one of my last opportunities to fly before I officially become too pregnant to travel, so the timing was perfect. Now, I’m certainly not gonna pretend my business just ran itself while I was gone. I still had emails scheduled and was checking my DMs from the plane. But I also wasn't stressed or scrambling because I'd spent the weeks leading up to this trip getting myself ready. Building my pipeline, sending lots of outreach, making sure all the links worked (for once in my life). And while I was standing there crying happy tears at my best friend's wedding, half the spots in my Summer Sales Circle filled up. I almost couldn't believe it. But then again... This is what happens when you have a solid sales process and work it consistently. So without further ado, I’m excited to open up those remaining spots to the public today and get this program off the ground next week! 💰 6 weeks of live sessions 💰 Weekly prospecting power hours to stay accountable to building your pipeline 💰 Weekly role play sessions to refine your pitch 💰 Bi-weekly pipeline reviews to troubleshoot your opportunities 💰 Private Slack channel for weekly accountability check-ins, celebrating wins, and getting quick feedback between sessions. If you're already anticipating a slow summer (or feeling like you can't fully enjoy it because you're worried about your pipeline) you're not gonna want to miss it. Doors close this Friday, June 13th (or whenever the remaining 5 spots fill up). Grab your spot here: https://lnkd.in/e35MgJJY
