Covered how to work with the API, structure conversations using system, user and assistant roles, and experiment with max tokens and temperature to control outputs. Shot prompting was the big one for me. If you work in a business setting where you need consistent, reliable outputs this is the technique that keeps things on track. Ended with building a multi prompt system using dictionaries. Once you see it, you understand how actual AI applications are put together under the hood.
