The event organizers who have figured this out are not running better ads. They've built an affiliate network where every speaker, every sponsor, every past attendee, every partner in the space has a financial incentive to promote the event. Here's the math: 50 affiliates. Average audience of 8,000 each. That's 400,000 impressions from people who trust the person promoting. Conversion rate from trusted recommendation: 3–5x higher than cold paid traffic. Affiliate commission on a $500 ticket: $100–150. You still net $350–400 per ticket. And those affiliates promote your next event too — because they earned from the last one. It's a demo, and a provocation of what becomes possible when I asked Andrew Brozozowski, one of our technologists, to stop writing prompts and do what he actually likes: yapping about sci-fi. When I founded DreamReal, I promised Content 3.0 and autonomous marketing. We were ahead of our time, but for the wrong reasons. I was missing answers to a foundational question: why is most AI content so bad? Last year, after months working inside one of the world's top luxury brands and being told, over and over, "we've seen better," I sat staring at my keyboard, wishing "make this luxurious" were a prompt I could send my team. It isn't. The truth is that 99% of humans aren't built to express creativity through prompts, and even when they can, creativity drains away with every tool and every translation in between. The impacts of this loss has steep implications. Bad creative makes the CMO decision easy: is cheap, inferior work worth the brand risk? When 80%+ of your spend goes to activation, that's a financial answer, not a technical or ethical one. So far, "using AI" has mostly meant lowering the creative ceiling to raise the volume — fast, cheap variants that look fine for a second and feel dead on arrival. At the other end of the spectrum, when I saw Higgsfield AI's 90-minute film, what floored me wasn't the shots. It was the human engineering — the sheer coordination to get a team of creatives aligned in a room seemed far harder than generating any individual frame. But at DreamReal, we didn't have two weeks or $500k. We had $1,000 and about an hour of Andrew's time each day for a week, right up until the inevitable: "so... do you want me on this, or do real work?". So we built something to solve the coordination instead. We built a system designed to guarantee one thing: that this is the worst sci-fi trailer we will ever make. It runs on a few convictions — humans are bad at writing prompts and great at expressing preferences; a Python DAG beats an agent for any long-running workflow; and embeddings are the right substrate for memory. The system keeps creative state. It generated directions, worlds, characters, storyboards, and a narrative spine and learned from each of our steers. The entire world emerged because Andrew knew what he wanted to see, even when he didn't know how to prompt it. To me, it's very clear to me that the classic architecture of agents and a MCP aren't good enough. Content 3.0 demands a governed creative system that moves from exploration to production without collapsing after step five. The Tithe is a sci-fi trailer. The real demo is the harness underneath it — and we still have a long way to go. As László Gaál put it: "the color grade still needs work."

That gap tells you exactly where Google is placing them: the research phase, not the checkout. We analyzed 600,000+ keywords across 10 industries between November 2025 and April 2026. The industries with the longest research phases saw the biggest growth. Finance was up 231%. Internet & telecom and travel showed some of the widest gaps between commercial and transactional coverage. When a decision takes weeks, there's more room for an AI answer to compress it. Two more findings that should get your attention: → Google Ads and AI Overviews now appear on the same SERP roughly 2x more often than a year ago → In most industries, keywords that trigger AI Overviews carry a higher average CPC than keywords that don't Put those together and the takeaway is clear: your most expensive keywords are the ones most likely to get an AI Overview sitting on top of them. The consideration stage of your funnel is now contested space, and you're competing in four places on one SERP: the AI Overview, its citations, organic results, and paid placements.
