“While Murray and I never actually worked together, I have known Murray for the past 4 or 5 years. In the time that I have known Murray, I have watched as he ascended the ladder in the hospitality industry. Murray is able to connect with both guests and his colleagues alike in ways that will lead lasting impressions. With each job that Murray has left, he has left behind employees that are sad to see him go and still keep in touch with him. He has a great way of making connections with guests, validating any concerns they may have with their stay, or going the extra mile to make sure their stays are great. Murray has been my mentor for the past few years now, offering me advice when I need it. Well, and advice even when I don't need it. He has a real passion for this industry and it shows through his hard work and close relationships he's built with his employees and his guests. Anyone would be lucky to have Murray on board with them. ”
