Product margin pressure from higher DRAM/NAND costs offest by long-term supplier agreements & potential pricing action. We expect investors to remain focused on product gross margin pressure from rising input costs, though we believe that NTAP is well positioned to navigate higher input cost through long supplier agreements (NTAP has visibility for high 50s% margins through FY ending April 2026) and potential pricing actions. NTAP's exposure to high end data center appliances (storage arrays) and enterprise buyers also means that they will be better positioned to pass through higher input costs to end customers without destroying demand, especially relative to discretionary hardware categories like PCs. Further, we expect continued momentum in Public Cloud (at 83%-85% target margins) will be a tailwind to consolidated NTAP margins that would also serve as an offset to any softness in the product revenue line.
