What connects inventors and artists? An impulse. The spark of intuition. ◼️🌪️🔥🎛️
Elica was born from this very spark in the 1950s, when art lover Ermanno Casoli crafted the first hood prototype in his courtyard.
With the spirit of an art atelier, the newly established company explored, rethought, and created, quickly becoming the global leader in aspiration systems and venturing boldly into the wider world of kitchen appliances, with products that fuse the latest technology with style.
To unearth the brand's creative DNA, we drew upon "Arte Programmata," the Italian avant-garde movement that envisioned machines as soulful, creative entities.
We centered the visual expression on the square, a minimal basic element, a blank canvas, the space where magic happens. Through the interplay of forces and temperatures, the products themselves transform it, generating infinite artistic permutations that speak of superior aesthetics and functionality.
At Milan Design Week, Elica unveiled its new identity, expanding the brand into a true multisensory experience, even through sound branding, built upon a unique and memorable melody.
The impact spread across channels, intriguing and attracting an ever-growing audience.
More than just a rebrand by
Landor, it's a call to reinvent ourselves and our living spaces, through products that transcend kitchen conventions, reflecting who we are.
Artfully inventive. Extraordinary, Elica.
A huge thank you to everyone involved and especially to the entire Elica team. Only with great clients can we do great things 💙
