Virgin Hotels Chicago has transformed their rooftop into a seasonal greenhouse complete with tropical plants and a cocktail menu inspired by a variety of trees like the weeping willow, magnolia, and lilac.The featured cocktails are created with sustainable spirit brands and support One Tree Planted, an organization focused on restoring forests and creating habitats for biodiversity.
