This included scripting data collection and configuration validation processes to identify inconsistencies contributing to long-running service quality issues.

By automating the investigation and remediation workflow, I significantly reduced the time required to diagnose and resolve recurring customer-impacting issues, while improving the accuracy and consistency of configuration states across affected systems.

This work resulted in measurable improvements to service stability and operational efficiency and led to formal recognition through the “United as ONE” award. Show less
