Matthew Mattone shared thisYour website isn’t just a digital asset. It’s your first impression, your salesperson, and your credibility check all rolled into one. And here’s the truth: People are judging your business in seconds. Before they call you. Before they trust you. Before they ever buy from you. They visit your website. If it’s outdated, slow, confusing, or looks like it hasn’t been touched in years… you’ve already lost them. But when your website is clean, modern, and built with purpose? You instantly communicate: ✔️ “We’re professional” ✔️ “We’re trustworthy” ✔️ “We know what we’re doing” A strong website doesn’t just “look good” it: • Builds credibility • Guides visitors to take action • Turns traffic into real leads and revenue In today’s world, your website is often your first and only shot at making an impression. So the real question is: 👉 Is your website helping your business grow… or quietly holding it back? If you’re not sure, that’s exactly where the opportunity is. #WebDesign #DigitalMarketing #BusinessGrowth #FirstImpressions #Entrepreneursh

Matthew Mattone shared thisMatthew Mattone shared this🚨 Most businesses don’t have a marketing problem — they have a strategy problem. If your brand is online but struggling to gain traction… If you’re spending on ads but not seeing ROI… If your team is creating content but not getting conversions… Here’s the truth: Visibility without strategy is just noise. I just published a new article: 👉 “Strategy Fuels Visibility. Visibility Drives Growth.” It breaks down why a digital strategy is no longer optional — and how it becomes the engine of predictable, scalable growth. Whether you’re a founder, CMO, or marketing leader trying to make your brand actually work online, this is for you. Matthew Mattone liked thisMatthew Mattone liked thisOne injury ended my son Nick's professional basketball career. What he showed me in the aftermath became the foundation of how I coach executives on execution. He had played at the highest levels growing up. He was one of the top high school basketball players in the country. Division I scholarship. Professional career in Europe. And then it was over. What I always admired about Nick (now CEO of John Mattone Global) was his willingness to "show up" in the biggest moments, every time. He was clutch. He knew that when the ball was tipped, and the game began, nothing else mattered except what was happening right there on the court. All the practice, past victories and failures, all the preparation in the world didn't matter to him once the game started. At game time, he shifted into a new gear, and he executed. I work with executives who have done extraordinary inner-core work; they have examined their values, embraced vulnerability, and mapped their strengths and gaps. They have prepared at the highest level. And then the moment comes. → The decision that carries real stakes. → The conversation that requires honesty. → The change initiative that will face resistance. Preparation alone does not carry you through that moment. Execution does. This is the fifth dimension of Intelligent Leadership: Having the Courage to Execute with Pride, Passion, and Precision. Nick's ability to execute separated him from the other players who had much more talent than him. In Yoda's words: "Do, or do not. There is no try." What is the one decision you have been preparing for but have not yet executed? - John

Matthew Mattone liked thisMatthew Mattone liked thisThis picture reminds me of a version of myself that had no idea what was coming. Practice squad. Bottom of the roster. The kind of player coaches keep around because they need bodies at practice — not because anyone believes you're going to stick. I stuck. For ten years. Earned All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors along the way. Definitely not because I was the most talented person in the building. Because I refused to let short-term results define what I was capable of long-term. Every rep in practice mattered. Every film session built something. The work was invisible for a long time before it wasn't. I'm in that same place now. Two years into building in real estate and the business world. Learning the language, studying the deals, surrounding myself with people who know more than me. The portfolio isn't where I want it yet. The knowledge isn't complete. But the process is working — I can feel it the same way I could feel myself becoming a better player before the stats showed it. The hardest part of any transition isn't the work. It's trusting that the work is enough when you can't see the results yet. I learned that between the lines. I'm living it again now.

Matthew Mattone liked thisMatthew Mattone liked thisThis my daughter’s first day of daycare. Three years old. New place. New people. New everything. And she walked in like she was heading into an adventure. Every time we go somewhereas a family, a coffee shop, a restaurant, even just a quick errand — my wife and I ask her: “Are you ready to go on an adventure?” Somehow that’s just become our language. Life isn’t a checklist. It’s an adventure. So when I dropped her off and watched her step into something completely unknown with that kind of excitement… it hit me. As a dad, it was emotional. As a leader, it was a reminder. Sometimes the best thing you can do isn’t control the outcome. It’s let someone step into the unknown. Letting them explore and grow. We talk a lot about courage in business. But most of us lose that childlike willingness to walk into something new and call it an adventure. She didn’t see “risk.” She saw possibility. And I think a lot of us are still being invited into something new…in our work, in our growth, and in our lives. The question is whether we’re willing to step into it with that same kind of openness. The unknown isn’t a threat. It’s the next adventure. #ignitetheleaderwithin

Here is the exact system I used to earn over $50,000 a month in commissions as a remote closer. A clear, repeatable process: → Network and vet for A grade selling opportunities → Negotiate and secure 10%–20% commissions on $5,000–$30,000 offers → Use a power dialler and advanced CRM to make 3x the calls of the average salesperson → Eliminate objections in the first 15 minutes of the call so the close is clean and natural → Reverse engineer with simple maths how many calls I need to make, book, and have show up to hit $50,000+ in commissions without guesswork → Follow a step by step process that guides the lead into a buying mindset and makes the sale easy If you want the full breakdown, I put it all inside my playbook here https://bit.ly/4fkKFaE

Most business owners don’t actually need more leads. They need better routing. Not every call needs to go to the owner. For example: • Emergency calls → Immediate transfer • New install inquiries → Sales • Maintenance → Booking system • Spam calls→ Filtered out The problem isn’t call volume. It’s call chaos.
