I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunities, challenges, and friendships that have shaped me over the past two decades. Working alongside such talented and truly dedicated colleagues has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Thank you to everyone who mentored me, as well as those who entrusted me with the privilege of being their mentor. While it's never easy to leave a place that has meant so much, I'm excited to have joined Genentech / Roche as the Global Head of ADQC, Gene Therapy. Minshi Wang liked thisMinshi Wang liked thisOur lab is beyond happy to welcome Dr. Priscila Cunegundes (postdoc!!) ❤️ and Kate Amend (summer student!!) ❤️. We say goodbye 😭(for now) to Raafat Chalar, who will be in medical school for 2 years, and come back in 2028 for his PhD!!! These are exciting times for our lab, as we wrap up two publications from our lab (on functional assessment of fibroblasts and characterization of human TIF!!!!!) and wait for scores on 2 multi-PI R01s, and the final decision on Ralph Francescone ‘s R01 in just few days 🍀🍀🍀🤞🤞🤞 As always, thanks Myree Graves, Farrah Ali and Ariana Musa for everything you do!
