Michelle Koehler liked thisMichelle Koehler liked thisLast week we officially celebrated the Grand Opening of CLOSED Title in Columbus, and I’m still smiling thinking about the room. What made the night special wasn’t just opening another office. It was seeing so many investors, agents, lenders, and friends from the Columbus real estate community come together in one place. Conversations about deals, partnerships, and the future of this market were happening in every corner of the room. For those who are newer to CLOSED Title, we’re built specifically to support real estate investors and operators. We currently operate in 39 states with more than 70 escrow officers, helping investors close everything from traditional purchases to more complex deals across the country. My role with CLOSED has been focused on building relationships and forging partnerships with investors and industry leaders, and nights like this remind me why I enjoy doing it so much. A big thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, and especially to our Columbus Branch Manager, Mildred DiBartola, who is doing an incredible job leading the local office.
