I've learned so much about the ever-changing threat landscape, and coming into a role where I didn't know much about the industry, I wanted to call out a few very important individuals that helped me grow into the leader I am today. To David Hopland and Lara Meadows, CISSP, CISM, I am so forever grateful for your guidance throughout sales processes, countless questions answered, words of encouragement, and your willingness to help me learn alongside y'all. You are fantastic leaders and it's truly been the pleasure of a lifetime to work alongside such visionaries! To Sara Dacey, Arpine Babloyan, Brie Merhar, Dana Caruso, Ishana Pandit, Krista Perrotti, Phoebe Warstler thank y'all, SO MUCH. My job would have been 1000x harder without each and every one of you and I'm so proud of everything we accomplished together. The marketing team is in some of the best hands possible with y'all and I truly hope we can see each other at an event near the DC area!! Thank you for all you do to empower us as BDRs/ADRs as we wouldn't see the success we do without all that you do :) To Mike Warstler & Mike Summers, it's been an honor serving with y'all the past 3 years and I truly will miss the Triple Threat of Mikes! Y'all are gonna keep crushing it, and I'm excited to see your continued success, cheering you on from the sidelines. I also had the absolute pleasure of working with Tylor St. Clair over the past 3 months and he's an absolute powerhouse of an AE that I will also be cheering on and am grateful for the friendship we've formed. Finally, I want to thank my fellow ADR and ADR leaders that have helped shape these past 3 years. I've seen a lot change and it truly would not have been possible to get through any of it without Malina Bivolaru. She constantly inspires me to push myself towards our revenue goals, keeps me motivated, and gave me countless words of advice throughout our time. Michael Grady liked thisMichael Grady liked thisI got to choose my family. I don’t post often here, but this is a big moment in my life. I turned down an offer that would have uprooted my family across country (back to where we just moved away from) and had me traveling a week out of the month as well. Very exciting, and I was truly honored to have received the offer. Unfortunately, separation from the company was the only answer that we could come up with. I don’t like to share personal things too often here on LinkedIn, but context is important on this one. My wife and I have a beautiful two year old boy, but this is the only child we will be able to biologically have. Enough said on that. This means that I only have so many days before this kid turns 18. Every second counts. With that, I am officially open to work. I have led Business Development teams of 14 across multiple clients and industries in person and remote. I recently led a BD team across the finish line to an acquisition where our (Marketing, Demand Gen and BD) processes were celebrated. I have a passion for coaching and mentoring. There is never a better feeling than having your advice be used to make someone else successful. It’s why I keep going. That being said, Sales Enablement and BD Leader roles are close to the heart and would love the opportunity to talk to anyone with BD needs. A big thank you to everyone that I worked with over the past few years and a huge shoutout to all my teammates that made every day worth it. You all are the best.
