About
You can exceed expectations for three years and still lose the promotion to someone with less experience and better positioning.
Six years ago I left a 12-year career in pharma and biotech to build a coaching practice for the women I used to work alongside. I spent over a decade in Talent and Organizational Development inside companies from CROs to Biotech to Big Pharma: AstraZeneca, Human Genome Sciences, Emergent BioSolutions, Covance. I saw how these organizations actually work. The decisions about your career get made in rooms you are not in.
I earned roles that weren't posted and promotions out of cycle, before I built a methodology around what made that possible. By finding the hidden door: roles built around what you actually want and the problems only you can solve, instead of competing for the same posted jobs as everyone else.
The women I worked alongside were genuinely accomplished, and aware that something still wasn't right. Their careers looked impressive from the outside but didn't match what they knew they were capable of, or what they knew they were worth.
That gap, between the career that looks right and the one that actually fits, is what I built Your Worthy Career® to close.
My work combines organizational psychology, a decade of insider pharma and biotech experience, and the identity work most career coaching leaves out. The result is the WORTHY Method, a research-backed framework that helps accomplished women stop competing in a sea of qualified people and become the Exception: recognized, promoted, and celebrated as the leader they've earned the right to be.
Whether that's a new role, a promotion, or a different experience of the job they already have. A career they're worthy of, and one they finally feel worthy of.
My clients have been promoted. They've landed new roles with sign-on bonuses, fielded competing offers from major pharma companies, and stepped into leadership roles they once doubted they could handle. All without going back for another degree or certification.
The Right Move Protocol® is the six-month, high-touch experience where this work happens. Small and deep by design.
I'm also the host of the Your Worthy Career podcast, the author of Your Worthy Career: A Science-Backed Method to Build a Meaningful Career in Pharma and Biotech. My work has been featured in Forbes, AWIS, and BioSpace.
If you're an accomplished woman in pharma or biotech ready to become the Exception, send me a message or schedule a consultation.
