Our ambitious goal is to deliver fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide through a constellation of low earth orbit satellites. In this role, you will shape the future of Leo and its next-generation satellites by working on the architecture and design of the payload. What you'll do: • Own the satellite gateway design from concept through production • Design and optimize various blocks of electronics sub-systems • Design high-speed digital circuitry supporting various SERDES protocols in collaboration with various teams • Lead and review schematic capture and PCB layout • Optimize PCB stack-up for performance and cost • Complete board bring-up and perform test campaigns for different modules and subsystems • Support the transition of the designs to production Location: Redmond, WA & San Diego, CA Export control position. For years, Jeff Bezos financed Blue Origin's growth without relying on outside investors. Reports now suggest the company is exploring its first external funding round at a valuation of about $130 billion. The timing says a lot about where the space industry is headed. Building reusable launch systems, satellite infrastructure, and AI-powered capabilities requires an enormous amount of capital. As private space companies take on larger and more ambitious projects, even founder-backed businesses may see value in bringing in outside investors. This also raises a broader question. Will access to capital become the biggest competitive advantage in the next phase of the commercial space race? Looking back, I’m so grateful for the growth and the people who got me here. Shoutout to Jennifer Walker who took a chance on a stay-at-home mom trying to get back into the workforce 7 years ago. I couldn’t have made it through these years without Chana Chen Tentzer-Avidan and Neha Chaudhary’s leadership, and their belief in me every single day. Thank you to my mentors Aditi Deshpande, Chandler Forman, Albert Wolfgramm and so many others I couldn’t possibly list. I wouldn’t be the recruiter I am today without you all putting up with my endless pings and questions. To every hiring manager I’ve partnered with, you made this job worth it. And to the candidates I’ve hired, thank you for trusting me and believing in this company and its products as much as I do. Today's mission with ARIANESPACE sent another 36 Leo satellites into space—the heaviest commercial payload ever launched—and all spacecraft are in contact and operating nominally on orbit.
