We are so grateful for everything she has contributed to our organization! Outside of work, Alice loves making memories with those closest to her. She enjoys traveling out West to hike with her husband, Ken, along with her sister Amy and brother-in-law David. Family is at the heart of everything she does; especially time spent with her two granddaughters, Hazel and Emberlynn, and her daughters, Courtney and Erica. Alice also enjoys adventures with her “Trendy Travelers” group and looks forward to annual family vacations at the beach. 👏 Thank you, Alice, for your outstanding 45 years of service and for all that you do for Park and our communities!

It is hard for me to look at one milestone without thinking about the other. Starting a career at PwC and building a life in a new country have been closely connected and grown alongside each other. Over the last decade, PwC has given me far more than professional opportunities. It has helped me find my footing in a new country, understand a new culture, build confidence, and grow in ways I probably could not have imagined when I first arrived. What I am most grateful for, though, is the people. From New York Metro to Texas, I have had the privilege of working with teams, mentors, and friends who have shaped my journey in different ways. I have been very fortunate to have mentors who invested in me, teams that pushed and supported me, and friendships that made the journey so much more meaningful. Ten years later, what stands out most is not just the places I have been or the work I have done, but the people who made the journey meaningful and helped a new country feel like home!

Transitioning from my role as a Senior Physical Therapist is bittersweet. Clinical care has been my foundation, and advocating for my patients, mentoring team members, and collaborating with brilliant healthcare professionals has shaped exactly who I am today. I am deeply grateful for the patient stories, the clinical breakthroughs, and the incredible colleagues who made my time in patient care so profoundly rewarding. As healthcare evolves, so must our approach to managing it. I am incredibly excited to step into this new space, blending my clinical roots with healthcare strategy to drive operational excellence and innovation in precision health. This first week has already been an energizing whirlwind of learning, strategy, and getting to know a fantastic new team. Thank you to everyone who has supported, mentored, and cheered me on through this transition, including the Executive MBA team at Xavier University - Williams College of Business.
