Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with outstanding firms, advisors, leadership teams, and partners across the wealth management industry. Those experiences helped shape both my professional growth and my perspective on where our industry is heading. The past several months gave me an opportunity to reflect deeply on family, purpose, career, and what truly matters in this next chapter of life. After years of business travel, a nonstop pace, and always chasing the next corporate milestone, I found myself wanting my career to be more aligned with how I actually want to invest my time and energy moving forward. Ultimately, that reflection led me to some deep conversations with the leaders at NFN and what resonated was something increasingly important to me at this stage of my career: Relationships. Entrepreneurship. Collaboration. Independence. At NFN, I am excited to leverage all the experience and success I have had over my career to help support advisor growth and collaborate with advisors and centers of influence to help individuals, families, and business owners build financial independence. Most importantly, I’m looking forward to reconnecting with many great people across the industry, strengthening existing relationships, and building new ones along the way. Excited for this next chapter! Thank you Anthony T. Mazzei Sr MSM, CLU®. ChFC®, CLTC, Michael Maresca, MBA, CLU®, ChFC®and Robert Votruba, Ph.D. for the opportunity! #WealthManagement #FinancialPlanning #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #FinancialAdvisors #PhiladelphiaMatthew Hopper liked thisPlease join us in welcoming Jack Fatica to National Financial Network! Matthew Hopper liked thisMatthew Hopper liked thisMy son is 28 years old. Technically, he's a union carpenter by trade, in reality he's a real estate entrepreneur with 12 Airbnb properties. People ask me all the time how he got there so young. My answer is simple but the blueprint can be used by anyone who wishes to grow their wealth. 🥁He wasn't afraid to take risk or invest in himself. He spent $8,000 on a real estate course that enabled him to increase his knowledge and acquire new skills. At that particular time, $8,000 to him was a fortune. 📚 No school ever taught him: ✅ How to evaluate a real estate deal before pulling the trigger ✅ How to delay gratification and save aggressively while his friends were spending ✅ How to think about cash flow and investing ✅ How to build and execute a business plan Those lessons didn't come from a classroom. They were born out of a thirst for learning and personal development. I grew up in a loving household where unfortunately financial stress was ever present. I tried to instill in him the importance of having respect for money and how it can be used as a force for good. As parents, we often think they aren't listening. I believe more gets caught then taught. It's not only what they hear but more often what they see. The greatest financial gift you can give your kids isn't a trust fund. It's a framework for how to think about money. Are you modeling that at home?

Matthew Hopper liked thisMatthew Hopper liked thisCOFFEE WITH CLOSERS with Ryan Dillin, Chairman & CEO at Cendera Bank. Ryan is doing something that doesn't happen very often in banking. He's taking a 120-year-old charter and turning it into something built for the next generation. That's not a rebrand. That's a full transformation, and it takes a specific kind of leader to pull it off. In 2021, Ryan and a group of bank execs came together to reimagine what a community bank could look like. The result is Cendera, an institution with over a century of trust behind it and the mindset of a startup in front of it. You can tell when someone genuinely believes in what they're building. Ryan isn't running a bank. He's building a movement around what banking is supposed to feel like -- personal, responsive, and built around the people it serves. A charter born on Christmas Eve, 1904. Still going. Still growing. That's a legacy worth protecting, and Ryan is exactly the right person to carry it forward. #CoffeeWithClosers #CenderaBank #Dallas #Banking #Community

Delaware continues to emphasize compliance with its Unclaimed Property laws. New VDA invitation letters will be issued in April and August 2026, and companies that fail to respond in time may face audit selection with limited relief opportunities. Our first SALT Alert of the year highlights the advantages of enrolling in the VDA program, including the waiver of penalties and interest, broader control over the review process, and more favorable treatment of voided checks. Learn what your organization should be looking for and how to position itself before notices arrive. https://bit.ly/4bBtHD1
