While it definitely wasn't in my plans, I’m taking it as an opportunity to step away from the traditional 9-5 and explore fractional/part-time lifecycle marketing work. I’m looking for opportunities in Q3 and then plan to take Q4/Q1 off to focus on family and myself. I’m a full-stack lifecycle marketer who can jump into pretty much any organization and own all stages of a campaign, from ideation and cross-functional project leadership to execution and optimization. A few areas where I can help: • Lifecycle strategy and roadmap development across the customer journey • CRM program management including email, push, in-app and SMS • Customer journey design, segmentation, personalization, and experimentation • Campaign execution from stakeholder intake and requirements gathering through launch and QA • Cross-functional project leadership across Product, Engineering, Data Science/Eng, Design and Marketing • Expert technical skills that enables scalable hyper-personalization I’d appreciate two things from my network: 1. Meet a few of them: 🌱 Chase (25) founded his landscaping company at 13, had a kidney transplant at 20, and kept building to a $1.8M business. 🚛 Seth (33) started out of the back of a 2001 Camry. He now runs an $8M business with 27 trucks. 📈 Sam (29) leads a 450-person operation across 6 locations and is on pace for $100M in revenue. ⬆️ Krystal (38) started as a part-time admin. But we did not, and we're doing it now with Anthropic's Claude (and a lot more while we're at it). The important part is investigating, trying, and getting 5% more efficiency. Often what we'll end up with is: - 'Our SaaS had a feature for that we were not aware of' - 'There is a Chrome plugin that solves 90% of the problem' Tokens are expensive, but experimentation unlocks our creativity and sometimes finds a simple yet effective solution that costs nothing. Like a Google Apps Script that exports data from your sheet. Not everyone has to vibe code. Not everyone will have a Cowork license in their enterprise environment. But it shouldn't stop them. In the next episode, I'll tell you how I built a Race Management Platform on a $20 Google AI Pro license. In a couple weeks. (sidenote: I can definitely code faster than race motorbikes now).
