I’m grateful for every season of my career, and now I’m focusing on meaningful contributions that align with my Christian faith, my family, and the things that bring quiet purpose. I look forward to serving in ways that feel human‑centered, steady, and true to this new phase of life. Thank you for your support, collaboration, and kindness through my journey. Lynn Mickelsen liked thisLynn Mickelsen liked thisSome days I feel like shit. That’s the truth. Positive Andy is capable of hiding the truth. But I want you to know that amid the joys and the vibrance, every two weeks this year, this has been my scene: triple-decker chemo and targeted infusions at Mayo. You know I'm a glass-half-full guy. I can show up great even when my body is reminding me it's been ten years of this. But as my therapist reminds me, being a glass-half-full guy doesn't mean I need to give a glass-half-full performance every day. Sometimes the most honest thing I can say - to those I trust - is this f*cking sucks. I feel like shit. So today, I’m trusting you. I’m telling on myself a little. If you only ever see the radiant Andy in your feed, you're getting half the story. The other half is also worth knowing - I hope and trust - because it's where the actual resilience lives. Not in pretending it's fine. In doing the work anyway. To anyone else out there performing fine when you're not: you're allowed to put it down for a minute. Both versions of you are welcome here.

Lynn Mickelsen liked thisLynn Mickelsen liked thisI was unpacking from vacation this morning and found my resort wristband tucked away in my backpack still sprinkled with a little bit of beach sand. Apparently, even my backpack wasn't ready to leave vacation! 🌴🏖️ It made me smile, but it also reminded me how grateful I am to be able to spend time with family and come back with fresh energy and perspective. I have a feeling I'll be finding bits of sand in my backpack for a while! Honestly, I don't mind, it'll be a small reminder that taking time to disconnect and recharge matters.

Lynn Mickelsen liked thisLynn Mickelsen liked thisTomorrow marks 5 years since I joined Aleysian. Five years of growth, learning and building something special here. I'm thrilled to be starting a new challenge right as the 5 year milestone hits. In my new role at Aleysian, I'll be deepening our partnerships with our existing Clients across the full technology landscape — CRM, ERP, PIM, AI, and the integrations that tie it all together. It's a natural evolution of the work I love most: helping our Clients turn technology investment into real, lasting business outcomes. A huge thank you to Dustin Ward and Matthew Garms for taking a chance on me 5 years ago and bringing me out to Chicago, Laura Perz for the incredible leadership these past years, and Jon Klinepeter for trusting me with this important opportunity to service our Clients in a meaningful way. 🚀

Lynn Mickelsen liked thisBetter late than never! I’m incredibly thankful to be part of something so special, where passion, purpose, and people come first. Here’s to all the family-owned businesses that pour their hearts into what they do every single day ❤️Lynn Mickelsen liked thisHappy National Family Owned & Operated Businesses Day! Family has always been at the heart of Breezy Point Resort. From Bob Spizzo’s decades of leadership to David Spizzo helping carry the legacy forward today, the values of hospitality, hard work, and community continue to shape everything we do. That commitment extends throughout the family. David’s sister Marisa serves as Group Sales Manager, while the next generation is represented by Aiden Spizzo, who manages the Boat Marina and supports our IT department. With multiple generations contributing to the resort's success, family remains at the center of the Breezy Point story. While the Spizzo family has helped guide Breezy Point Resort, it’s our incredible team members, loyal guests, and community who truly make this place special. As David says, “The people make the place.” Thank you for being part of the Breezy Point family. #itsabreezything #heartofthenorth #breezypointresort #NationalFamilyOwnedBusinessDay #FamilyOwnedBusiness #FamilyOperatedBusiness

Lynn Mickelsen liked thisRiding the wave! 🌊 5 years flew by because of two things: Impact & People! Across the United States, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, opportunities I never imagined became part of my career. From Med Tech & Pharma to Travel, Logistics, Hospitality, Transportation, Telecommunications, Energy and Real Estate, conversations around CRM transformation, data strategy, AI strategy, Customer 360, integrations and enterprise architecture added up to five full years of meaningful customer impact. Now the people! Slack just proved my gratitude with my signature emoji, so here goes the list of thank yous - My AWSome husband, Mourya Chakravarthy - you deserve honorary Salesforce tenure at this point. I've borrowed the hours I didn't have from your day for the last nineteen years, and somehow you keep giving me more ❤️ Thank you for being the primary parent to our Hyperforce twins when I am chasing opportunities around the world. Everyone who shaped the first four years and continues to be part of this journey. My leaders - Cleston Oliveira, Michele Masserini, Riccardo Moretti, Cristian Savu, Chahid K. and Kristoff Copmans. My team - Umberto Di Meglio, Roberto Rodríguez and Simona Rusticelli. My godsend this year - Mark Massouh. Riding with me every day and making my role so rewarding - Haritini Kyriakou, Andrew Kendall, Charlie Jobson ☁, Francois van der Merwe, Owen Grennan, Frankie Roche, Nada Wael, Marion Karanja and Christian Mielke. And the ME “Ladies of Salesforce” for sticking together through the tough times. Fingers crossed for what the next five years bring but I’m ready to ride in style. Again.

Lynn Mickelsen liked thisLynn Mickelsen liked thisExcited to share that I am back to Farm Credit! Such a full circle moment. My career started here in agriculture — a place that holds a special place in my heart for the mission and responsibility to people and planet I hold very dear. I'll be returning to my roots (hehe) in IT as a Business Systems Analyst — the path where I began my education. I'm excited to bring everything I've learned along the way into this next chapter. Bring it on! Thank you so much for the opportunity ProPartners Financial. It means the world to be here supporting this mission. 💚
