State of our Tokenization CRE Platform We are finally scheduled to launch in Sept 2026. We are seeking acquisitions between $10 million to $50 million. Our initial capacity is only $500 million so we are being selective regarding location, pricing, I may be investing $10 million of my own cash plus numerous small institutional MF and Office. We still like distressed debt and equities, defaulted first mortgages, value add MF and Office. Will buy retail, industrial, tax payers. National in scope, primary and tertiary markets.

 The twisted narrative is that ACH is inherently slow, rendering it a lost cause. We disagree. ACH isn’t a lost cause, improving it is the foundation for the next generation of payments. As stablecoins, RTP, and FedNow all scale, understanding the problems with ACH will be necessary to usher in this new generation of payments. We’re transforming ACH into a competitive advantage by solving 2 major issues: 1. Data access is lacking for the majority of ACH payments: B2B. B2B payments, and even more specifically, SMB payments, has lagged behind consumer payments for access to high quality data for some time now. As soon as a consumer uses Venmo, Venmo can tell you every detail about that consumer: account details, transaction history, real-time balance data, identity information. Why can’t the same be said for businesses? When $55 trillion of the $86 trillion moved via ACH is B2B; the data needs to be there too. So that’s why we said we’d focus on the big hairy problem in filling in the gaps where open banking doesn’t sit. By aggregating data on bank accounts, entities, and transaction history, we’re able to understand this previously murky part of the market that open banking hasn't cracked. 2. Data is necessary to improve settlement speed. Data is the vehicle you didn’t have but speed is the result you need.   Your customers don’t care about data, they just don’t want to be waiting 4-5 days for settlement. In a world where businesses need cash flow certainty, "maybe it'll clear Thursday" isn't good enough. So we solved that too. GrailPay doesn’t just collect data in the background and then leave an opaque information package at your door for you to unpack. We built the tooling around data to authorize transactions, and recommend the speed most important for payments. Real-time risk assessment paired with high quality data results in bank payments that used to take days now happening in minutes.
