What’s compelling here isn’t a flashy demo it’s the promise of AI agents that can work inside the messy reality procurement teams live in every day: supplier emails, ERPs, spreadsheets, and constant follow-ups. According to the announcement, Didero’s agents build context around products, pricing, policies, and historical order data and then take on core workflows like supplier communication, order tracking, and exception handling within weeks of integration. SiliconANGLE also describes the approach as integration-first: connecting to ERP/procurement systems via secure integrations and APIs, ingesting structured + unstructured data (POs, invoices, supplier messages), then executing actions such as updating records or escalating exceptions while staying synced with source systems. Big credit to the founding team: Tim Spencer (Co-founder & CEO), Lorenz Pallhuber, and Tom Petit. The round was co-led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund a strong signal that “ops-layer” AI is moving from experiments to production-scale deployments. Also notable: Didero says it’s already embedded with 30+ customers, and Footprint’s Stephen Sharr shared that the AI agents were executing mission-critical procurement tasks within weeks. Every day, our customers move food, energy, critical inputs and more around the world with astonishing reliability. These networks are one the foremost drivers of global stability and prosperity, but people often take them for granted. Under the hood, supply chains still run on emails, spreadsheets, unstructured data, and a lot of human heroics. Teams do incredibly hard work in systems that were never designed for the scale, speed, or complexity we now expect from them. We’re deploying the latest advances in generative AI to change that. This collection was deeply personal, inspired by the emotional phases I faced as a young adult navigating mental health struggles. Each dress visually represents a different emotion I experienced during this journey. The outer shells of the dresses are crafted mainly from silk, supported by corseted inner linings to bear their weight. Through this project, I pushed my creative boundaries—experimenting with garment construction, playing with negative space, and exploring how color, silhouette, and movement evoke mood. • Bright pink dress: Overwhelm • Dark purple dress: Emptiness • Ombré light purple dress: Inadequacy • Heart corset with sheer skirt: Vulnerability This collection embodies the emotional turmoil of battling mental health challenges and the power of vulnerability in breaking free. For years, I cycled through these emotions, feeling trapped—until I realized the answer was simpler than I thought. Vulnerability became the key to authenticity, allowing me to share my experiences, create a support system, and shift my mindset toward healing. This collection is more than just garments; it’s a story of liberation. It reflects the weight we carry when we keep our struggles hidden and the transformation that happens when we embrace authenticity, confront our past, and open ourselves to a future filled with possibility.

Disruptive innovation starts at the bottom and climbs up to eat the incumbents. Sustaining innovation does the opposite. It makes the people who already own the operation stronger. That's what AI does for a physical business. It doesn't replace what you've built. It supercharges it. The plants, the suppliers, the decades of know-how. The biggest opportunities are the most boring ones. ➤ Data entry. Keying invoices and POs into the ERP. ➤ Reconciliation. Matching documents line by line. ➤ Chasing exceptions when something doesn't line up. This is where the hours go. It's exactly the work AI is built for, but the real prize isn't the saved hours. It's clean data. When entry and matching happen automatically, your data goes from a mess you fight with to something you can trust. AI can even capture data that used to be too slow or expensive to collect at all. Better data means better decisions. You stop running the operation on gut and stale spreadsheets and start running it on what's actually happening. Because it's sustaining, not disruptive, you don't need a moonshot. You point it at the work eating your team's time and the bottom line moves. The manufacturers who move now will pull away from the ones who waited. Not because they had the flashiest tech. Because they used it to run the operation they already have, better. The disruption story made better headlines. The sustaining story is where the value is. But recently we got everyone to New York, and being in the same room together reminded us why that matters too. Our sales team spent time with our technical staff to help them better understand what they’re hearing from customers, brainstormed how to demonstrate Didero’s (ridiculously extensive) capabilities, and built case studies on how customers have gotten real value out of Didero. Oh - and the Yankees pulled off an incredible comeback win. Safe to say the visit ended on a high!

Many thought the valuations were crazy and we were in a bubble. 42x revenue for OpenAI people would say - that's crazy! And yet .... maybe not so crazy after all. Some companies are just on such a trajectory, paying next next year's valuation still exceeds your 3-year hurdle rate. Makes you wonder - is investing as easy as just buying the best companies and holding long enough for them to grow into their valuations?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗜𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Over the past few weeks, we’ve watched a sharp sell-off across the SaaS sector. The market message is pretty clear: 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀, 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 — 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. This isn’t new. We’ve seen this movie before. Advertising once sold impressions. Then Google and Facebook rewired the industry. CPM (cost-per-impression) gave way to 𝗖𝗣𝗔 (cost-per-acquisition) and 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗦 (return-on-ad-spend), and budgets flowed to platforms that could prove impact. Incumbents didn’t fail because ads disappeared — they failed because their pricing models stopped making sense. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲. For decades, PM has operated on a CPM-like model: • Fees based on % 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 • Value measured by activity (rent collected, tickets closed, reports delivered) • Weak linkage between 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 and 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 In plain terms: owners pay for effort, not outcomes. That worked when execution itself was scarce. AI is changing that. Traditional PM providers now face structural — not cyclical — challenges: • 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: fees stay flat whether NOI improves or deteriorates • 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿-𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀: scale is limited by headcount, not insight • Focus on managing process, not 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 AI breaks this equilibrium: • Leasing becomes a 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 • Maintenance becomes 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, not reactive • Delinquencies and renewals become 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 • Pricing becomes 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 Once outcomes are measurable and optimizable, charging “X% of rent” starts to look like charging per ad impression in 2005. The next generation of winners won’t sell “property management.” They’ll sell performance: • Fees tied to 𝗡𝗢𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 • Upside-sharing on rent growth and occupancy • Accountability for cost avoidance and bad-debt reduction The SaaS sell-off is a warning shot. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹. AI isn’t making PM cheaper. It’s making the old pricing indefensible.
