The real reward came for the clients I had the privilege to serve. To those who trusted me early on, who challenged, and those I still stay in touch with even after moving on, Thank you. Logan LaBonne liked thisLogan LaBonne liked thisToday I'm sharing some big news. After 27 years with CWT, I'm closing one incredible chapter and opening another. CWT has been such a fixture in my life that my now adult children have never known me to work anywhere else. Both were born after I joined. It's a small detail that says a lot about just how significant this chapter has been. Over nearly three decades, I was fortunate to experience many parts of the business, learning and growing through a variety of roles before truly finding my professional home in marketing. That journey led to senior regional roles, then global work across product marketing, brand and communications. Work I've loved and that has shaped how I show up professionally today. What stands out most from my time at CWT isn't the job titles or the milestones. It's the people. I've worked alongside some incredibly talented, generous and fun humans who have influenced me, supported me and kept me laughing through it all. There are far too many to name, but you know who you are. As for what's next? I'm launching a new chapter, starting my own business, and I couldn't be more excited. Red Unicorn Marketing is about bringing together everything I've learned, with the freedom to create, collaborate and do meaningful work in new ways. There's more to come, and I can't wait to share the journey. It was a practical, hands-on program that helped turn AI from a broad concept into something much more actionable for business leaders. Three highlights that stood out to me: 1. Applying AI to create a more efficient workplace: The course focused on how to use AI in practical ways to improve workflows and drive productivity. 2. Leading AI initiatives across teams and organization: I especially valued the emphasis on framing AI initiatives, building a business case, and leading projects that align with organizational goals. 3. Balancing innovation with ethics and future readiness: The program covered not only emerging AI trends and investments, but also the ethical, legal, and social considerations that come with responsible adoption. Appreciative of the learning, the discussion, and the opportunity to keep building capabilities in an area that is becoming increasingly important for leaders across every function. Working together again after (a lot) of years has been amazing. To my fellow MLT members Kimberly Dekker, Dawn Hacker, Amanda Cumine, Sandra Hibbard, Geneviève Pradoura, Sandra Hans, Jean-Philippe Dumas and Narelle Smythe thank you for all the knowledge sharing, support and a lot of laughs along the way. Finally to my amazing digital dream team. Jana Braam, Nicola Rushford, Marisa Garcia de Ulzurrum, Carmina Rodero Orpinell, Barbara Keek, Jan Sundblad and Eva-Andrea Sabouret... we got a lot done in our time together. Re-launching Eloqua, a new consolidated global website, proper CRM integrations, an engaged employee advocay programme and running high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
