Lisa Tesvich, Ph.D. liked thisLisa Tesvich, Ph.D. liked thisToday we announced updated preliminary Phase 1 data for our potentially best-in-class, pan-RAS molecular glue ERAS-0015 in patients with RAS-mutant solid tumors, including encouraging monotherapy responses in 2L+ KRAS G12X pancreatic cancer and early combination potential with panitumumab. Potentially registration-enabling plans for ERAS-0015 are advancing. Additional highlights include timing for ERAS-0015 monotherapy and combination data (expected 1H 2027), plus plans to initiate pivotal trials in #lungcancer and #pancreaticcancer over 2027 and into 2028. After 24 years with the Firm, I’ve reached my mandatory retirement date and am retiring from PwC . . . and I’m feeling ALL the feelings about it! #proud of what my teams have accomplished with clients, with business partners, and for PwC over the years. We’ve helped solve some complex problems, driven meaningful outcomes, and learned a lot along the way. #thankful for the support I’ve received from sponsors, coaches, colleagues and clients throughout the years. There are too many to name here, but I am incredibly appreciative of all of them. They’ve helped me learn and grow and, in doing so, they have helped position me for amazing opportunities. Because of them, I’ve gotten to serve a variety of terrific clients and take on a number of different leadership roles at the Firm – each one better than the last! #excited about what’s to come. While I will be sticking around at PwC post-retirement in a consulting capacity for a few months to help wrap up several large initiatives that we have underway, I’m actively working on shaping my next chapter and looking forward to starting something new. After all, I’m much too young to wrap it up quite yet 😉 And, if I’m being really honest, I’m also feeling . . . Just a smidge melancholy about the end of this chapter and the prospect of not seeing and talking to all the people that I have really enjoyed working with day-to-day anymore. Everyone says it, but it’s true - the people that we get to work with really do make all the difference and the ones I have gotten to spend time with are just amazing. Lisa Tesvich, Ph.D. liked thisLisa Tesvich, Ph.D. liked thisDear Friends, Colleagues and Other LinkedIn Contacts – I don’t typically post personal news on this platform, but this announcement has both personal and professional impact for my family and me: WE’RE MOVING TO MILAN, ITALY!!! (Post #1 of 3) After an application process that was – let’s just call it “complex” – I’ve obtained an Italian Golden Visa, and my family and I are moving to the wonderful city of Milan, Italy, in mid-June. We’re very excited about this big life-change and the many new adventures ahead of us! Those of you who know me best know that I’m a Europhile. I’ve spent almost half of the last 25 years living and working in amazing European cities like Prague, Zurich, London (when it was part of the EU 😉), and Moscow. I was married in Europe, and both of my children were born there. So, after the last eight years of enjoying the sunshine, great weather and Pacific Ocean views of sunny Southern California, moving back to Europe is a homecoming of sorts for us. And a homecoming to Milan – the international center of fashion, design and luxury business – in the great country of Italy, where I also have familial roots. Moving back to Europe has been my family’s dream for quite some time. And, while I am unhappy with the current political leadership and climate in America, that’s not the major motivating factor for our move back to Europe. On the work front: I’ll be leaving my current firm, UHY, and exploring new business opportunities in Italy and Europe. I’ll be posting again soon with more information on that topic, so stay tuned…

What I take is that 1) Careers and jobs will change so fast, human needs human help to cope. 2) Leaders will face challenges they haven't yet, also needs human help and encouragement and above all connection. 3) Collaboration and cultural awareness becomes even more important. 4) Coaches need to stay on the ball, expertise and trust matter, so does quality, i.e. certification and ongoing learning.
